29, 2013 – Job 38
Dear
Saints,
Today
we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job
38.
“God calls upon Job
and
humbling him. God questions Job concerning his pride. God
questions job
about
the light and darkness to convince him of his ignorance. God shows
Job his weakness compared to God's mighty works. “39
“Can you hunt the prey for the lion,
or
satisfy the appetite of the young lions,
40
when they crouch in their dens
or
lie in wait in their thicket?
41
Who provides for the raven its prey,
when
its young ones cry to God for help,
and
wander about for lack of food?”
Job
38:39-41 ESV. In today's Feast God
asked Job a question that we may all want to consider in verse
four; “Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?”
When
we realize how much we don't know we will cling to Jesus for
salvation and God's and Word for guidance and understanding. “I
will never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me
life.”
Psalm 119:93 ESV.
Jesus
is calling,
He is saying; “sinner com home!” He won’t call forever, now
is the time to answer his call. Do you want to choose that which
you cannot loose
over
that which you cannot keep? If the answer is yes please click the
