Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast by reading Numbers Chapter 36; “The inheritance of the daughters of Zelophehad. (1-4) The daughters of Zelophehad are to marry in their own tribe. (5-12) Conclusion. (13)” - Matthew Henry Concise. Today we see God's Word setting up laws and rules for inheritance and marriage between a woman and a man; “10 The daughters of Zelophehad did as the Lord commanded Moses, 11 for Mahlah, Tirzah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Noah, the daughters of Zelophehad, were married to sons of their father's brothers. 12 They were married into the clans of the people of Manasseh the son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of their father's clan.“ Numbers 36:10-12 ESV. The first thing we see is that marriage is always between a man and women, anything else is an abomination in the eyes of God; “And he said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God.” Luke 16:15 ESV. The next thing we notice is that the people of God in Jesus should marry with people who are of God in Jesus; “14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?” 2 Corinthians 6:14 ESV. These word's are simply quoted from the Word of God. So if anyone is offended by them they are offended by God's Word! I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. Lord willing I will post and send the Feast again tomorrow. Is Jesus knocking at your door? Are you ready to answer God’s call? Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36 ESV.
