Jan_29-30 Romans 3 - 5

clip_image002

Dear Saints,

You and I prayerfully continue our Feast this weekend in, Romans 3 - 5. This is great stuff, imagine yourself as a Roman citizen, a Jew or Gentile of any persuasion. Living the life during these episodes. In these chapters try to imagine you’re of Jewish persuasion and here comes Paul saying; that God considers the Gentiles as worthy as you in God’s kingdom. What the Roman rulers were thinking when Paul a Roman citizen from birth, as he grew up he persecuted those of the Way. Now here he is stirring up the Jewish citizens saying that the Gentiles are as worthy as them to their God. “Therefore, as through one man's offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man's righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life” Romans 5:18; If you’re reading this and you don't know Jesus but, you want to know him, say this prayer; "Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I need you as my personal Savior. I here and now open my heart to you. I invite you to come in. Forgive me all my sins and make me your child. I receive your gift of eternal life and thank you for it. Help me live for you every day of my life. Amen!”. Please send Pastor Glen an email so he can point you in the right direction, Click Here. If God is willing I’ll send and post the Feast News Monday.

Please take a look at the new admenu.com and the new logo’s, I intend to try. Your input is important so, let me know what you think. The Rest of the Feast News, or See Mary's Corner.

“Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, "If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all.”- Mark 9:35

The Feast

Fri, Jan 29, 10, Romans 3 - Objections answered. (1-8) All mankind are sinners. (9-18) Both Jews and Gentiles cannot be justified by their own deeds. (19,20) It is owing to the free grace of God, through faith in the righteousness of Christ, yet the law is not done away. (21-31)

Sat, Jan 30, 10, Romans 4 - The doctrine of justification by faith is shown by the case of Abraham. (1-12) He received the promise through the righteousness of faith. (13-22) And we are justified in the same way of believing. (23-25)

Sun, Jan 31, 10, Romans 5 - The happy effects of justification through faith in the righteousness of Christ. (1-5) That we are reconciled by his blood. (6-11) The fall of Adam brought all mankind into sin and death. (12-14) The grace of God, through the righteousness of Christ, has more power to bring salvation, than Adam's sin had to bring misery, (15-19) as grace did superabound. (20,21)

Dear

Saints,

Today as we prayerfully continue our Feast in Romans 2. Wow we left the palace for the populace among the Romans we will be taking a look about living as God’s Saints. The great commission includes you, pray for those in need with us and if you can do more our Lord will be your guide. If the Lord is willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

“God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.”- John 4:24

27-Jan-10, Romans 1

Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully begin our Feast in Romans 1. I don’t know about you but I really enjoyed 1st Chronicles. God telling man what He wanted, what happened when they failed and everything we see today taking census, preparing armies and weapons for war, David asking the people to help people by giving freely. That was then and now is now basically unchanged. In Romans we will be taking a look about living as God’s Saints. “Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for His name, among whom you also are the called of Jesus Christ;” – Romans 1:5-6. The great commission includes you, pray for those in need with us and if you can do more our Lord will be your guide. If the Lord is willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

If you have news that glorifies God please send it to me mailto:mlitew8@yahoo.com and I’ll put the appropriate ones on our web page. I'll send and post the Feast tomorrow, up on admenu for God’s glory.

If you have never looked at the rest of the feast today you should see the whole Feast.

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”- Ephesians 6:12-13

The Feast

27-Jan-10, Romans 1, The apostle's commission. (1-7) Prays for the saints at Rome, and expresses his desire to see them. (8-15) The gospel way of justification by faith, for Jews and Gentiles. (16,17) The sins of the Gentiles set forth. (18-32)

26-Jan-10, I Chronicles 29

Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully continue our Feast in I Chronicles 29. As we finish today’s study we see a King’s Kingdom handed off to his son. We see people being urged to give unselfishly. Sometimes we have trouble not being happy and graceful when we see a friend receive property or pardon. If you’re content with what God has prepared for you, then it is easier being truly happy for others. “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.” – Philippians 2:3. Pray for those in need with us and if you can do more our Lord knows how to gide you.

25-Jan-10, I Chronicles 28

Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully continue our Feast in I Chronicles 28. I pray that your weekend was blessed. Did you bless the Lord? “My little children let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things." – 1st john 3:18 - 20. Pray for those in need with us and if you can do more? If the Lord is willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow. Listen closely as you read today’s Feast; “David also said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the LORD is finished. The divisions of the priests and Levites are ready for all the work on the temple of God, and every willing man skilled in any craft will help you in all the work. The officials and all the people will obey your every command.” - I Chronicles 28:20-21.

Dear Saints,

This weekend as we prayerfully Feast in I Chronicles 21 27. We will see that what at first seems like a lot of reading, turn to be an easy read. We will see how fragile men regardless of position unable to function in a right manner without God. "Now you shall say to this people, 'Thus says the Lord: "Behold, I set before you the way of life and the way of death.”. - Jeremiah 21:8  The war isn’t over; God is calling each of us to prepare for the battle; “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world`s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” - Ephesians 6:11 - 12. 21-Jan-10, I Chronicles 20

Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully continue our Feast in I Chronicles 20. You know that many of the victims in Haiti were Christians. I’m pointing this out to just as a reminder that though we may now have accepted Jesus, we are still subject to the conditions of our world. “But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?." – 1st john 3:17. Pray for them with us and if you can do more? If the Lord is willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

If you have something that glorifies God please send it to me mailto:mlitew8@yahoo.com and I’ll put the appropriate ones on our web page. I'll send and post the Feast tomorrow, up on admenu for God’s glory.

“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.”- Galatians 6:7-8

The Feast

21-Jan-10, I Chronicles 20, David's wars. “- Though the Lord will severely correct the sins of his believing people, he will not leave them in the hands of their enemies. His assistance will overcome all advantages of number and strength of those that defy his Israel. All that trust in Christ, shall be made more than conquerors through him that loveth them.” – Henrys Concise

20-Jan-10, I Chronicles 19

Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully continue our Feast in I Chronicles 19. I’m dipping into the website this morning want to quote something “How important are my prayers in the overall theme of world events? What about the conditions in my own home, on my job, in the neighborhood, the city, state, country and world we live in?” http://www.admenu.com/am/praypower.html What does this have to do with David’s wars in today’s Feast? You don’t need to look far to see how much David depended on the Lord. "Be of good courage, and let us be strong for our people and for the cities of our God. And may the LORD do [what is] good in His sight." - Chronicles 19:13 Look in the psalms and see David’s prayers for God’s strength and power. How important are my prayers in the overall theme of world events? What about the conditions in my own home, on my job, in the neighborhood, the city, state, country and world we live in? Jesus is the author and finisher of our salvation, when we get saved the Holy Spirit sealed us, God’s Word tells us how often to pray. “Pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1st Thessalonians 5:17 & 18. Once again when you do that you get the victory, God’s riches at Christ’s expense (GRACE). God gets the victory in that he is not willing that anyone should perish. If the Lord is willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

If you have something that glorifies God please send it to me mailto:mlitew8@yahoo.com and I’ll put the appropriate ones ng I'll send and post the Feast tomorrow. up on admenu for God’s glory.

19-Jan-10, I Chronicles 18

Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully continue our Feast in I Chronicles 18. I want to quote something my wife wrote for her place on Admenu Dot com, (http://admenu.com/choices/) “Choices”. Yesterday we a similar promise was given to David; "since the time that I commanded judges to be over My people Israel. Also I will subdue all your enemies. Furthermore I tell you that the Lord will build you a house” - Chronicles 17:10 Jesus by extension said that he was going to prepare a place for us. However Sandra pointes out we have to make the right choice, God would never force us to move into his neighborhood. Rather we have the opportunity to let Jesus come in, so we can accept his gift. "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” Revelation 3:20 When you do that you get victory, God’s riches at Christ’s expense (GRACE). God gets the victory in that he is not willing that anyone should perish. If the Lord is willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Jesus told the disciples that he went to prepare a place for them a similar promise was given to David; "since the time that I commanded judges to be over My people Israel. Also I will subdue all your enemies. Furthermore I tell you that the Lord will build you a house” - Chronicles 17:10 God didn’t forget you Saint, Jesus said;”Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20. Let Jesus come in, Lord willing I'll send and post the Feast tomorrow.

Weekend Feast I Chronicles 14 15 & 16

abannersoldier

Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully Feast in I Chronicles 14 15 & 16. The time is flying no matter what happens in this world we can still count on God for His Glory, Grace & Joy. This is the three things we want to carry in to this weekend. “Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the Lord!” - 1 Chronicles 16:10. “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly.” - Psalm 84:11 “But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for JOY, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You.” - Psalm 5:11. We all know that the reason for the Feast is to read every word in God’s Word. God has purpose for us to carry what we read into the world. Lord willing I'll send and post the Feast Monday.

Please see the rest of the feast and Sister Mary’s Corner

14-Jan-10, I Chronicles 13

Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully Feast in I Chronicles 13. My wife Sandy and I are going for a walk this morning. To be honest we’ve lived in this house for about 23 years. Yet if I get farther than four houses away in either direction I’ll be a stranger to most of those I meet. What should I do as we run into strangers? I know I probably say “Good morning?” If they indicate that they want to talk then I’ll just ask them where they attend church. If the say they don’t I’ll invite them to our church. If they tell me that they go to any other I’ll ask about their relationship to Jesus. I have to ask myself how important and what the difference is? Let’s look and see what the Word of God say’s about that; “Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” - Matthew 7:22 – 23. I repeated it many times you need a relationship, not “Religion”. Ask yourself “does Jesus know me.” If you’re not sure Jesus knows you, you need to ask Jesus into your heart. For complete instructions go to http://www.admenu.com/am/salvation.html. Let Jesus come in to know you, Lord willing I'll send and post the Feast tomorrow.

If you have something that glorifies God please send it to me mailto:mlitew8@yahoo.com and I’ll put the appropriate ones up on admenu for God’s glory.

“If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.”- 1 John 4:20-21

We see  great warriors joining forces with David. “(Warriors Join David) 1 These were the men who came to David at Ziklag, while he was banished from the presence of Saul son of Kish (they were among the warriors who helped him in battle; 2 they were armed with bows and were able to shoot arrows or to sling stones right-handed or left-handed; they were kinsmen of Saul from the tribe of Benjamin).” - 1 Chronicles 12:1 & 2 The war isn’t over, God is calling each of us to prepare for the battle; “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Dear Saints,

Today as we prayerfully Feast in I Chronicles 11.  I told you image Sandy and I have been married 42 Years.  Today my Grandson Michael (3 Years old) is visiting us.   I keep a computer in the living room for his use, and something went wrong with it.  He went to his grandmother and told her the computer wasn’t working.  She said; “I’ll fix it when I get done with what I’m doing.”  He turned around immediately headed to the computer singing a little song; “Help is on the way! Help is on the way!”  Then he played right by his computer as he waited until she got there to fix the problem.  What a great display of faith, he asked her to fix his computer.  When she told him she would be there when she finished what she was doing.  He knew that his grandmother knew he had a problem and she promised to fix it.   This is the kind of faith we should have when we ask, for He will give us the answer to our request.   Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” - Hebrews 11:1. Lord willing I'll send and post the Feast tomorrow..
