We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.   Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site   Dear Saints,   Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in II Corinthians 12 & 13.  What a beautiful affection Paul has expressed for the Corinthians as he departs.  “14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” II Corinthians 13:14, ESV.  This is the way I would like to greet everyone I know with at the end of the day. Unfortunately not everybody I know has accepted Jesus. Not only would they all not appreciate the sentiment, some would laugh or make fun of god.  Why do you think this is? “[The Law of the Lord Is Perfect] [To the choirmaster. 1A Psalm of David.] The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. 2Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. “ Psalm 19:1-2, ESV.  The Law of the Lord Is Perfect so let me ask again why would they laugh or make Jesus the brunt of their joke?  Satan has deadened our senses to God’s Word with modern media.  Most television shows and advertisements promote promiscuity; “The “Happy Crowd” drinks this brand of alcohol. Beautiful people stay here when they come to gamble.  If you don’t look sexually perfect and happy just buy one of these and it will be alright!”   Saint’s these are just a few of the problems or traps people who don’t want to hear about Jesus are lured into.  I can tell you why! People whose deeds are evil love darkness. (see John 3:19).  Their hearts are continually evil. (see Ecclesiastes 9:3)  What does this mean for us? We need to pray and read God’s word every day.  Let our lights shine and carry the gospel as far and long as we are able.  If the Lord is willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.   Jesus wants you?  Do you hear Him calling?  Do you want to love and be loved?
