7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Exo 2

l The Feast Daily Edition l
Jan 31, 2012 Exodus 2

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our Feast in the Old Testament Exodus 2. We belong here where we witness God calling on Moses to lead his chosen people out of Egypt. As I was reading this scripture it struck a chord; “15 God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations.” Exodus 2:15, English Standard Version (ESV). When I was a boy (a few yrs ago) we used to sing this song about Abraham, in Sunday school; “Father Abraham had many children many children had father Abraham and I am one of them and so are you...” We are the children promised to Abraham by God; 5 No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham, for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.“ Genesis 17:5 ESV. We are the children of those many nations. Just as God hears the Israelites he hears us. “For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.Psalm 86:5 ESV. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added / changed on the prayer list (http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html), please write mlitew8@gmail.com. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.

The Feast Exodus 1

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Exo 1

l The Feast Daily Edition l
Jan 30, 2012 Exodus 1
Dear Saints,
This weekend we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Exodus 1. We belong here where we’ll witness God taking his chosen people out of Egypt. Meanwhile we’ll see how God blessed them in-spite of their lot in Egypt. ; “12 But the more they were oppressed, the more they multiplied and the more they spread abroad. And the Egyptians were in dread of the people of Israel. 13 So they ruthlessly made the people of Israel work as slaves.” Exodus 1:12-13, English Standard Version (ESV). Why are we feasting in the book of Exodus? Not just because it’s so exciting to see God leading his people. It’s because faith comes by reading the Word and that’s how God nourishes His followers; But he answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”Matthew 4:4 ESV. I would say to notice that it says;”every word”! “with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,”Ephesians 4:2ESV.
Exodus Overview
The Book of Exodus relates the forming of the children of Israel into a church and a nation. We have hitherto seen true religion shown in domestic life, now, we begin to trace its effects upon the concerns of kingdoms and nations. Exodus signifies "the departure;" the chief event therein recorded is the departure of Israel from Egypt and Egyptian bondage; it plainly points out the fulfilling of several promises and prophecies to Abraham respecting his seed, and shadows forth the state of the church, in the wilderness of this world, until her arrival at the heavenly Canaan, an eternal rest.” Matthew Henry Concise
THE FEAST
Fri Jan 27, 2012 - Matthew 26, “The children of Israel increase in Egypt after the death of Joseph. (8-14) They are oppressed, but multiply exceedingly. (1-7) The men-children destroyed. (15-22) – Matthew Henry Concise

The Feast Matthew 26-28

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Mat 26-28

l The Feast Daily Edition l
Jan 27-29, 2012 Matthew 26-28
Dear Saints,
This weekend we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 26-28. In this Scripture is we see Jesus fulfilling scriptural prophesy. He is also telling people about, his death and how he is going to overcome death. All that Jesus did and said came to pass, scripture was fulfilled, death overcome by his resurrection. He appeared do the disciples and before he departed he gave a commission for all believers to come; “18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold,I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 19 English Standard Version (ESV). Once again please listen to what we are feasting on. Jesus promised to be with us until God’s kingdom comes to the end of age. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firmEphesians 6:12-13 ESV. Have a great weekend Saints, let your light shine! Be an ambassador for Christ. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added / changed on the prayer list (http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html), please write mlitew8@gmail.com. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again on Monday.

Jan 26, 2012 Matthew 25
Dear Saints,
Who said anything about the weekend? Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 25. In this Scripture is we see Jesus talking about the the saints who have a personal relationship with him. Even if all you do is share the Feast with others, your sharing God’s word. God’s Word is the Feast; “34Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’“ Matthew 25:34-36 English Standard Version (ESV). If we just read about God but don’t know him we are spinning our wheels. Therefor keep the first thing first. That’s salvation the gift of God, faith from the Word of God. “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.James 4:10 ESV. Our relationship with God is special in and of itselt! I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added / changed on the prayer list (http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html) please write mlitew8@gmail.com. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.
Do you know that you are made in the image of God? You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? To be sure turn from sin just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. If you have trouble finding a good bible believing church in your neighborhood send me an email and I’ll see if I can help; mlitew8@yahoo.com or if you want a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.Philippians 4:8ESV.
