Where God Leads God Provides!

Today’s Feast

Feb. 22, 2016 1 Kings 17

  Where God Leads God Provides!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.  1 John 4:18, English Standard Version (ESV)

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue our Feast in 1 Kings Chapter 17; “Elijah fed by ravens. (1-7) Elijah sent to Zarephath. (8-16) Elijah raises the widow's son to life. (17-24)” - Matthew Henry Concise.

Today we join together and prayerfully read, 1 Kings 17.  Elijah   was living in a land where the draught was so severe he had nothing to eat or drink.  Because Elijah believed in Lord God and was called according to God’s purpose; God told him where to go for food and water to sustain him.   “And the word of the Lord came to him: “Depart from here and turn eastward and hide yourself by the brook Cherith, which is east of the Jordan. You shall drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.”1 Kings 17:2-4, ESV.    Elijah trusted God and he stayed at by the brook Cherith patiently until it dried up and God sent him elsewhere and continued to use him. Like Elijah we need to trust God and wait patiently on our Heavenly Father until he moves us.  “28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28, ESV.  Continue to put Jesus first.   keep the first thing first. Give God thanks every day for what you have and serve him wherever you are until He calls you to move.  Remember what happened to Elijah; where God leads God provides.   If the lord is willing I will post and send the Feast again tomorrow.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.Matthew 24:36, ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now; do not wait while you try to change anything.  Click this link for more information; admenu.com/calling.htm .
