Today’s Feast

It's The Way of Love!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

8 Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world." 1 Peter 5:8-9, English Standard Version (ESV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in John Chapter12; Christ anointed by Mary. (1-11) He enters Jerusalem. (12-19) Greeks apply to see Jesus. (20-26) A voice from heaven bears testimony to Christ. (27-33) His discourse with the people. (34-36) Unbelief of the Jews. (37-43) Christ’s address to them. (44-50)” - Matthew Henry Concise.

Jesus came into our world to save us from ourselves. That is to say from our own sin. Does it seem like some times we are drifting without direction? In those times it is important to turn to Jesus. Jesus not only forgives our sin he also gives us light so that we can see where he directs us. “44 And Jesus cried out and said, “Whoever believes in me, believes not in me but in him who sent me. 45 And whoever sees me sees him who sent me. 46 I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. 47 If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. 48 The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day. 49 For I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment—what to say and what to speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is eternal life. What I say, therefore, I say as the Father has told me.”John 12:44-50, ESV. When you receive his direction you will share His love. Not only in words but also in deeds. People will know you are sincere because of the love you share for Jesus. The Way of Love; “1 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. 4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant1 Corinthians 13:1-4 ESV. By love they shall know that Jesus has sent us. He sends us to share his love for God’s creation. God doesn’t scream; “I want to condemn you to HELL, for your Sin!” Rather God says he loves the sinner so much that he sent his only begotten son, Jesus to pay the price for our sin. God’s commandments doesn’t save us from sin. Rather they serve to expose our sin. The most important commandment of all testifies of a loving relationship with him. In it he also expects us to share that love in our relationship with our neighbors. “36 "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" 37 And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandmentsffcc00
depend all the Law and the Prophets."Matthew 22:36-40, ESV. Our faith in Him produces that walk of love. His love enables us to share our relationship with God, with those around us. “3 Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. 4 Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.Philippians 2:3-4, ESV. Love will allow us to keep the first thing first! That is salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He wiffcc00
ll come to get every Saint; “36 “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.Matthew 24:36, ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything. Click this link for more information; admenu.com/calling.htm .

Watch Your Step!

Today’s Feast

Oct. 30, 2015 – John 11

Watch Your Step!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast." Ephesians 2:8-9, English Standard Version (ESV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in John Chapter11; The sickness of Lazarus. (1-6) Christ returns to Judea. (7-10) The death of Lazarus. (11-16) Christ arrives at Bethany.(17-32) He raises Lazarus. (33-46) The Pharisees consult against Jesus. (47-53) The Jews seek for him. (54-57) - Matthew Henry Concise.

Today we prayerfully Feast in John chapter 11. I was reading a news paper and I see how Christians are being persecuted in the USA. They can’t pray in Jesus name at a military religious services. Yet these are the people who died to protect our rights for freedom of religion. I read where a grade school boy was humiliated and punished for talking about Jesus. If they truly don’t believe that Jesus is Lord, what makes them so afraid and angry at our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? This is not a new thing as we see as we read the Feast in John chapter 11 today; “51 He did not say this of his own accord, but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, 52 and not for the nation only, but also to gather into one the children of God who are scattered abroad. 53 So from that day on they made plans to put him to death.John 11:51-53, ESV. God’s Word tells us that even the demons believe and are very afraid! Why do we share the Word of God? Because our faith produces action, in God’s name Jesus;18 But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. 19 You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder! 20 Do you want to be shown, you foolish person, that faith apart from works is useless?James 2:18-20, ESV. Jesus is our Lord, God, Savior, friend and our everything! There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved. When we see that we have given up what we can’t hold onto (a life full of sin) for a new eternal life without sin. There is no way that we can go on without praising God and sharing Jesus' love; “9 I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.John 10:9-11, ESV. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved! I think the truth may be that the non-believer has decided not to accept Jesus. This may be because their deeds are dark and evil. The light exposes that kind of work! Our faith produces a walk of love. “[Walk in Love] Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children.Ephesians 5:1, ESV. Let His light continue to be revealed through you! Watch your step. Always be aware of where you are walking! Let’s keep the first thing first! That is salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus.
