The Feast Daily Admenu Life News Mon, May 23, 2011 Hebrews 7
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully feast in Hebrews 7 “Such a high priest truly meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens. Unlike the other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices day after day, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself. For the law appoints as high priests men in all their weakness; but the oath, which came after the law, appointed the Son, who has been made perfect forever. Hebrews 7:26-28 (New International Version). We love you father, You Father God, cleanse our sin keeping us joyful in your loving hands; we should joyfully hold every action up to God for his Glory. God sent his only begotten Son to the cross for us. Jesus paid our full price one time for all of us who will repent and enjoy life in his hands. If God is willing I will post and send the Feast tomorrow.

The Feast Weekend Admenu Life News
Fri-Sun May 20-22, 2011 Hebrews 4-6
Dear Saints,
This weekend we prayerfully feast in Hebrews 4-6. We always want to know what the Lord wants us to do. Where do I go to get in touch with him? God’s Holy Word tells me that faith comes by hearing and that by the word of God! So I pray that the Holy Spirit will grant me understanding as I hold every word up to God’s Word for examination. Don’t listen to false teachers or prophets who say “the lord says”, No in every opportunity share his love with all who will listen” “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.” 8 For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day. 9 There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; 10 for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works,[e] just as God did from his. 11 Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience. 12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. 13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account. Hebrews 4...-8-13 (New International Version). Our God tells us we live by every Word that proceeds from Him.(Deuteronomy 8:3, Matthew 4:4) His Word is truly a two edged sword.“1 Every high priest is selected from among the people and is appointed to represent the people in matters related to God, to offer gifts and sacrifices for sins. 2 He is able to deal gently with those who are ignorant and are going astray, since he himself is subject to weakness. 3 This is why he has to offer sacrifices for his own sins, as well as for the sins of the people. 4 And no one takes this honor on himself, but he receives it when called by God, just as Aaron was.” Hebrews 5:1-4 (New International Version). If God is willing I will post and send the Feast Monday.
“May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” - Romans 15:5-6

The Feast Daily Admenu Life News
Tue, May 17, 2011, Hebrews 1
Dear Saints, Because God is the author and finisher of our faith and I can’t say it better than our Savior, I send His Word in cotemporary English where it will be readily understood by the most Saints. Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Hebrews 1.
Hebrews an Overview:
“This epistle shows Christ as the end, foundation, body, and truth of the figures of the law, which of themselves were no virtue for the soul. The great truth set forth in this epistle is that Jesus of Nazareth is the true God. The unconverted Jews used many arguments to draw their converted brethren from the Christian faith. They represented the law of Moses as superior to the Christian dispensation, and spoke against every thing connected with the Saviour. The apostle, therefore, shows the superiority of Jesus of Nazareth, as the Son of God, and the benefits from his sufferings and death as the sacrifice for sin, so that the Christian religion is much more excellent and perfect than that of Moses. And the principal design seems to be, to bring the converted Hebrews forward in the knowledge of the gospel, and thus to establish them in the Christian faith, and to prevent their turning from it, against which they are earnestly warned. But while it contains many things suitable to the Hebrews of early times, it also contains many which can never cease to interest the church of God; for the knowledge of Jesus Christ is the very marrow and kernel of all the Scriptures. The ceremonial law is full of Christ, and all the gospel is full of Christ; the blessed lines of both Testaments meet in Him; and how they both agree and sweetly unite in Jesus Christ, is the chief object of the epistle to the Hebrews to discover.” - Henry’s Concise
“Hebrews 1 (Contemporary English Version)Hebrews 11Long ago in many ways and at many times God's prophets spoke his message to our ancestors. 2But now at last, God sent his Son to bring his message to us. God created the universe by his Son, and everything will someday belong to the Son. 3God's Son has all the brightness of God's own glory and is like him in every way. By his own mighty word, he holds the universe together. After the Son had washed away our sins, he sat down at the right side [a] of the glorious God in heaven. 4He had become much greater than the angels, and the name he was given is far greater than any of theirs. God's Son Is Greater than Angels5God has never said to any of the angels, "You are my Son, because today I have become your Father!" Neither has God said to any of them, "I will be his Father, and he will be my Son!" 6When God brings his first-born Son [b] into the world, he commands all of his angels to worship him. 7And when God speaks about the angels, he says, "I change my angels into wind and my servants into flaming fire." 8But God says about his Son, "You are God, and you will rule as King forever! Your [c] royal power brings about justice. 9You loved justice and hated evil, and so I, your God, have chosen you. I appointed you and made you happier than any of your friends." 10The Scriptures also say, "In the beginning, Lord, you were the one who laid the foundation of the earth and created the heavens. 11They will all disappear and wear out like clothes, but you will last forever. 12You will roll them up like a robe and change them like a garment. But you are always the same, and you will live forever." 13God never said to any of the angels, "Sit at my right side until I make your enemies into a footstool for you!" 14Angels are merely spirits sent to serve people who are going to be saved.
Footnotes: a. Hebrews 1:3 right side: The place of honor and power. b. Hebrews 1:6 first-born Son: The first son born into a family had certain privileges that the other children did not have. In 12.23 "first-born" refers to God's special people. c. Hebrews 1:8 Your: Some manuscripts have ‘His.’"
The Feast
Tue, May 17, 2011, Hebrews 1, “The surpassing dignity of the Son of God in his Divine person, and in his creating and mediatorial work. (1-3) And in his superiority to all the holy angels. (4-14)“ - Henry’s Concise
