Dear Saints,
Vacation is a welcome break from the daily routine. Is it true that while school is out for summer break there is nothing to do! My grand children sit around with lips turned down and keep repeating this mantra;”There’s nothing to do!” There has to be a lesson in there somewhere. Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Ezekiel 25 As we read in Ezekiel, it points to the way to Jesus and God’s great love and grace that ransomed us. Some one said wait a minute pal; Ezekiel was way before Jesus our Savior saved us by his grace! I would beg to differ in that; “1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 3:1 – 5 I hope that settle that about who came first Jesus or Ezekiel. Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Ezekiel 12-13.
I’m going to the clinic again I still have an infection (3 months now) that they can’t diagnose. For that reason I’m sending this for today and tomorrow.
When people say “thus say’s the Lord” what shall we do to prove their words true and from the Lord, What is it we are waiting for? “8 In the morning the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 9 “Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, ‘What are you doing?’ 10 Say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “This burden concerns the prince in Jerusalem as well as all the house of Israel who are in it.”’ Say, ‘I am a sign to you. As I have done, so it will be done to them; they will go into exile, into captivity.’ 12 The prince who is among them will load his baggage on his shoulder in the dark and go out. They will dig a hole through the wall to bring it out. He will cover his face so that he can not see the land with his eyes. 13 I will also spread My net over him, and he will be caught in My snare. And I will bring him to Babylon in the land of the Chaldeans; yet he will not see it, though he will die there. 14 I will scatter to every wind all who are around him, his helpers and all his troops; and I will draw out a sword after them. 15 So they will know that I am the LORD when I scatter them among the nations and spread them among the countries. 16 But I will spare a few of them from the sword, the famine and the pestilence that they may tell all their abominations among the nations where they go, and may know that I am the LORD.”’” Ezekiel 12:8-16 NIV. Hold every word you hear up to the Light of God’s Word! It will either stand or fall. Do this for all you hear, keeping the first thing first, then Jesus will come for us.
