Friday, January 02, 2009 Exodus 12, 13&14 Saturday and Sunday


Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our feast in Exodus 12, Exodus 13 and Exodus 14 for Saturday and Sunday. We are now in a new year please take stock, wherever you look all have sinned and need Jesus. Please pray and remember to let your light shine for all of 2009 and as far as God sends you; "This month shall be your beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you."  (Exodus 12:2).  It seems like the Good Sheppard always knows where his sheep are.  Keep on sharing Jesus, Lord willing I will send the feast again Monday.
 
“Teach us to number our days aright, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” - Psalm 90:12
 
If you want to know Jesus right now Just as you are say this prayer. “Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I need you as my personal Savior. I here and now open my heart to you. I invite you to come in. Forgive me all my sins and make me your child. I receive your gift of eternal life and thank you for it. Help me live for you, every day of my life. Amen”

The Weekend Feast, Friday, January 02, 2009, Exodus 12 - The beginning of the year changed, The passover instituted. (1-20) The people instructed how to observe the passover. (21-28) The death of the first-born of the Egyptians The Israelites urged to leave the land of Egypt. (29-36) The Israelites' first journey to Succoth. (37-42) Ordinance respecting the passover. (43-51).
 
Saturday, January 03, 2009, Exodus 13 - The first-born sanctified to God The remembrance of the passover commanded. (1-10) The firstlings of beasts set apart. (11-16) Joseph's bones carried with the Israelites, They come to Etham. (17-20) God guideth the Is raelites by a pillar of cloud fire. (21,22).
 
Sunday, January 04, 2009, Exodus 14 - God directs the Israelites to Pihahiroth, Pharaoh pursues after them. (1-9) The Israelites murmur, Moses comforts them. (10-14) God instructs Moses, The cloud between the Israelites and the Egyptians. (15-20) The Israelites pass through the Red sea, which drowns the Egyptians. (21-31).

The New Years Feast 2008 - 2009


Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully end the Feast in Exodus 10 , 2008 and continue the Feast in 2009 in Exodus 11.  Let’s continue to bless and be blessed, in Jesus name in the New Year.  “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”- Matthew 28:19.  I pray you will continue with me in this feast, share Jesus and the feast with others in 2009.  Our God is an awesome God!  You can contact me at mlitew8@yahoo.com, for prayer http://www.forthecross.com/.    Lord willing I will send the feast again Friday.  Please join me in asking for a special blessing, for 11 year old Amanda, her grandma is in the hospital with congestive heart failure.  She needs God's will to be done in her life. Tuesday, December 30, 2008 Exodus 9


Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Exodus 9.  I am amazed that our God is so awesome and the Pharaoh’s heart could remain so hardened.  ““I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! Monday, December 29, 2008 Exodus 8


Dear Saints,

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue the Feast in Exodus 5, through Exodus 7.  Our Christmas Holiday was wonderful and I hope yours was blessed also.  As this drama unfolds imagine being with Mosses and Aaron; “You shall speak all that I command you. Saturday, December 27, 2008 Exodus 6, - God renews his promise. (1-9) Moses and Aaron again sent to Pharaoh. (10-13) The parentage of Moses and Aaron. (14-30).

Sunday, December 28, 2008 Exodus 7, - Moses and Aaron encouraged. (1-7) The rods turned into serpents, Pharaoh's heart is hardened. (8-13) The river is turned into blood, The20distress of the Egyptians. (14-25).

Wednesday, December 24, 2008 Exodus 3, Christmas, Exodus 4

Christmas Eve we prayerfully continue the Feast in Exodus 3, and Exodus 4 for Christmas day.  Remember issue number one and the most important gift of all; "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in h im shall not perish but have eternal life.”- John 3:16.  You can contact me at mlitew8@yahoo.com, for prayer http://www.forthecross.com/ .  "Jesus said to him, "Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham.  For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost." “So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.”- Luke 2:16-20

Wednesday, December 24, 2008 Exodus 3, - Moses is born, and exposed on the river. (1-4) He is found, and brought up by Pharaoh's daughter. (5-10) Moses slays an Egyptian, and flees to Midian. (11-15) Moses marries the daughter of Jethro. (16-22) God hears the Israelites. (23-25).
Thursday, December 25, 2008 Exodus 4, - God gives Moses power to work miracles. (1-9) Moses is loth to be sent, Aaron is to assist him. (10-17) Moses leaves Midian, God's message to Pharaoh. (18-23) God's displeasure against Moses, Aaron meets him, The people believe them. (24-31).

Tuesday, December 23, 2008 Exodus 2


Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Exodus 2.  This week we mark the day our friend Jesus was born, by observing God’s gift to us.  “But the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God.  You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus.”- Luke 1:30-31.  You can contact me at mlitew8@yahoo.com, for prayer http://www.forthecross.com/ .
