Weekend Feast in Deuteronomy 13, 14, & 15

 

The Feast

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our feast in Deuteronomy 13, 14, & 15. I somehow like kicking off May in Deuteronomy, our God is so awesomely strong, just and loving. “You shall walk after Yahweh your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and you shall serve him, and cleave to him .”- Deuteronomy 13:4. Sunday, May 03, 2009, Deuteronomy 15, - The year of release. (1-11) Concerning the release of servants. (12-18) Respecting the firstlings of cattle. (19-23 .

The Feast

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Deuteronomy – 12. I loved the way our Feast was drawn to a close yesterday. "Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse: " - Deuteronomy 11:26. Let us continue in faith our God is awesome, in that we still have a choice! “He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.'” - Revelation 3:21-22. Please keep me in your prayers. Lord willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

I love the way today's chapter begins; "'Therefore you shall love the LORD your God, and keep His charge, His statutes, His judgments, and His commandments always'" - Deuteronomy 11:1. April 27 - 28, 2009, Deuteronomy 9 - 10

The Feast

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Deuteronomy - Chapter 9. Tomorrows chapter is Deuteronomy – 10. I have a doctors appointment in Rancho Cucamonga. Therefore I felt it would be prudent to send today and tomorrow's Feast together. This Feast belongs to Jesus so I know it doesn't go out void nor by my power. "We maintain therefore that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law. Or is God the God of Jews only? Isn't he the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, if it is so that God is one. He will justify the circumcised by faith, and the uncircumcised through faith . " - Romans 3:28- 30 You know that's it justified by faith! Please keep me in your prayers. Lord willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Saturday, April 25, 2009 Deuteronomy 7, - Intercourse with the Canaanites forbidden. (1-11) Promises if they were obedient. (12-26).

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Deuteronomy - Chapter 5. Today Bob, Bev and Amanda move into their new home. Over the threshold the plack reads; “but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” This is the full verse "And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. " - Joshua 24:15 You know that just sounds right! Please keep me in your prayers. Lord willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Deuteronomy - Chapter 4.  I thank God for his love, it is incomprehensible to me. How long is never? "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.'" - Hebrews 13:5 Please keep me in your prayers.
