The Feast Jan 24 Matthew 23

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Mat 23

Jan 24, 2012 Matthew 23
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 23. In this Scripture is we see Jesus teaching about those who belong to the “religion” but miss the relationship; “ 13 “But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut the kingdom of heaven in people's faces. For you neither enter yourselves nor allow those who would enter to go in“ Matthew 23:13 English Standard Version (ESV). These are the ones who worry about what they look like to others. They would turn God’s kingdom into a club where they would be exalted; 5 They do all their deeds to be seen by others. For they make their phylacteries broad and their fringes long, 6 and they love the place of honor at feasts and the best seats in the synagogues Matthew 23:5-6 ESV. Share the Glory of God so that those whom you share with will be saved and Jesus glorified. Then you truly love your neighbor as yourself, be true to the Lord, not to your glory; “25 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and the plate, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. 26 You blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and the plate, that the outside also may be clean.” Matthew 23:25-26. Keep your relationship true to God and therefore not willing that any should parish! Glorify God and let that be your reward. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added / changed on the prayer list (http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html) please write mlitew8@gmail.com. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.
Do you know that you are made in the image of God? You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? To be sure turn from sin just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. If you have trouble finding a good bible believing church in your neighborhood send me an email and I’ll see if I can help; mlitew8@yahoo.com or if you want a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com

The Feast Matthew 22

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Mat 22

l The Feast Daily Edition l
Jan 23, 2012 Matthew 22
Dear Saints,
I pray we all had a blessed weekend. Did your light shine? Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Matthew 22. In this Scripture is we see Jesus teaching about the greatest commandment; “36“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment.“ Matthew 22:36-38 English Standard Version (ESV). Now I see, Jesus has shared a basic truth about faith. You can see how important it is to focus on our relationship as we Feast on God’s Word. If we just read about God but don’t know him we couldn’t love him with all our heart. By the same token keeping the first thing first. That’s salvation the gift of God, forgiveness of sin. Life more abundantly everlasting goodness. How could we understand God’s love and the importance of carrying the message to our neighbors without love? God isn’t willing that any should parish, if we know him personally we will carry his message wherever we go to all we become neighbors with. At work, the ball game or at the church meeting whomever we can talk to. Let our conversation be full of truth and love, let them see God’s love in you; but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, since it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy. 1 Peter 1:15-16 ESV. Now we can share our faith just by the way we conduct ourselves. If you really love your neighbor share good news not bragging, gossip or hate. If you conduct yourself in a holy manner, you will love your neighbor as yourself; “39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.” Matthew 22:39-40 ESV. We are in the relationship with God therefore we are not willing that any should parish!

The Feast Matthew 1

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Mat 1

The Feast Daily Edition
Monday Jan 2, 2012 Matthew 1

Dear Saints,

Welcome to our Feast beginning in the new year, we prayerfully continue our Feast in the New Testament Matthew 1. In this Scripture we continue to see How the faith in God worked for Israel and his for fathers as well as his sons and for you and I. This is where we see prophesy we’ve read about as well as the lineage of our Savior come into play.
Our Messiah Jesus fulfilling prophesy is born; “18 The birth of Jesus Christ came about this way: After His mother Mary had been engaged to Joseph, it was discovered before they came together that she was pregnant by the Holy Spirit. 19 So her husband Joseph, being a righteous man, and not wanting to disgrace her publicly, decided to divorce her secretly. 20 But after he had considered these things, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, don't be afraid to take Mary as your wife, because what has been conceived in her is by the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to name Him Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins." 22 Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet: 23 See, the virgin will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and they will name Him Immanuel , which is translated "God is with us." 24 When Joseph got up from sleeping, he did as the Lord's angel had commanded him. He married her 25 but did not know her intimately until she gave birth to a son. And he named Him Jesus.Matthew 1:18-25 - Holman Christian Standard (HCS). So faith that comes from the Word (Jesus) of God, fulfilling prophesy. The beginning of issue number one Christ our Saviour is born. As we read through Matthew we will see Jesus fulfilling all of the prophesy that points to our Messiah, Jesus being the Christ. The man, Lamb of God our Savior.

What is our Goal? Our goal is to obey Jesus and promote a personal relationship with him sharing in his salvation. “18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.Matthew 28:18-20 English Standard Version. (ESV). We will keep the first thing first. That’s salvation the gift of God, God’s Riches At Christs Expense (GRACE). Freely given by God and received from Jesus. Shared by strength in the Holy Ghost. Go forward with us sharing the Feast and praying with us. http://www.admenu.com/cc5/index.php?cID=80#

So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12 ESV I’m looking forward to your input. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added / changed on the prayer list please feel free To write mlitew8@gmail.com. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Matthew Overview

Matthew, surnamed Levi, before his conversion was a publican, or tax-gatherer under the Romans at Capernaum. He is generally allowed to have written his Gospel before any other of the evangelists. The contents of this Gospel, and the evidence of ancient writers, show that it was written primarily for the use of the Jewish nation. The fulfillment of prophecy was regarded by the Jews as strong evidence, therefore this is especially dwelt upon by St. Matthew. Here are particularly selected such parts of our Saviour's history and discourses as were best suited to awaken the Jewish nation to a sense of their sins; to remove their erroneous expectations of an earthly kingdom; to abate their pride and self-conceit; to teach them the spiritual nature and extent of the gospel; and to prepare them for the admission of the Gentiles into the church. - Matthew Henry Concise.

13 But we will not boast beyond limits, but will boast only with regard to the area of influence God assigned to us, to reach even to you. 14 For we are not overextending ourselves, as though we did not reach you. For we were the first to come all the way to you with the gospel of Christ. 15 We do not boast beyond limit in the labors of others. But our hope is that as your faith increases, our area of influence among you may be greatly enlarged, 16 so that we may preach the gospel in lands beyond you, without boasting of work already done in another's area of influence. 17 “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.” 18 For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends. - 2 Corinthians 10:13-17 English Standard Version (ESV)

Mon, Jul 25, 11, James 4 & 5

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in James 4 & 5. Each day with God's Word our faith is stronger than the day before. Can that be because as we study our faith is evolving? In Gods Word the Fatherly love of God it says; “12But above all, my brothers, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or by any other oath, but let your "yes" be yes and your "no" be no, so that you may not fall under condemnation.” - James 5:12 ESV.

Studying God's Word strengthens our relationship with Jesus. We are invited to come to Christ. That is keeping the first thing first, Salvation; “20Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.” - Revelation 3:20 English Standard Version (ESV)
Please remember you can reach me in an email to me: or 1 760 592-9215 If God is willing I will post and send the Feast tomorrow.”

Dear Saints,

Today thru Monday we prayerfully continue our Feast in Ezekiel 34 - Ezekiel 38. Everyday with God's Word our Faith is improved. I believe God can use us even at the medical clinic. The reason I'm sending out so many days at once, is I got my PIC line in yesterday. The medicine made sleep most of the time. Knowing where our faith comes from. Jesus reminds us how important Faith is when his Word says; “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. ” - Romans 10:17 New King James Version.

As Jesus heels me I'll put the Feast back on a regular schedule if God is willing.

Everyday with Jesus our savior, reading his Word should build our faith; and we should share God's blessings. We see that with faith comes life. The Lord’s Covenant of Peace “' 25 "I will make with them a covenant of peace and banish wild beasts from the land,so that they may dwell securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods. 26 And I will make them and the places all around my hill a blessing, and I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be showers of blessing. 27 And the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be secure in their land. And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I break the bars of their yoke, and deliver them from the hand of those who enslaved them. 28 They shall no more be a prey to the nations, nor shall the beasts of the land devour them. They shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid. And I will provide for them renowned plantations so that they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, and no longer suffer the reproach of the nations. 30And they shall know that I am the LORD their God with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are my people, declares the Lord GOD. 31And you are my sheep, human sheep of my pasture, and I am your God, declares the Lord GOD.'" Ezekiel 34:25-31 (English Standard Version)

Please remember you can reach me in an email to me: or by phone 1 760 592-9215 If God is willing I will post and send the Feast Tuesday.”
