Dressed to Serve Exodus 39 & 40

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Exo39-40

l The Feast Daily Edition l
Mar 8-9_2012 Exodus 39-40
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 39 and Exodus 40 for Friday. Our Feast is about the instructions God gave Moses about the Tabernacle and the clothing for the Priests following God’s directives. God had Moses prepare everything so that His people, priests, Aaron and his sons could serve and worship Him; “12 Then you shall bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance of the tent of meeting and shall wash them with water13 and put on Aaron the holy garments. And you shall anoint him and consecrate him, that he may serve me as priest. 14 You shall bring his sons also and put coats on them, 15 and anoint them, as you anointed their father, that they may serve me as priests. And their anointing shall admit them to a perpetual priesthood throughout their generations.” Exodus 40:12-15, (ESV - English Standard Version). There is no guessing where God works he still is exacting in what we do in preparation to serve Him. We find an example of how we are to dress here in 1 Thessalonians 5:7-9; “7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, are drunk at night. 8 But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and for a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,” There is more about preparing yourself for service. We saw in Exodus God was very precise about the design of the breastplate.;”8 He made the breastpiece, in skilled work, in the style of the ephod, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen. 9 It was square. They made the breastpiece doubled, a span its length and a span its breadth when doubled. 10 And they set in it four rows of stones. A row of sardius, topaz, and carbuncle was the first row;11 and the second row, an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;12 and the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst; 13 and the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They were enclosed in settings of gold filigree...” Exodus 39:8-13, (ESV - English Standard Version). He also tells us how to build that “faith” on that breastplate of faith.; “17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.“ Romans 10:17 (ESV - English Standard Version). This is why we keep the first thing first, salvation in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. If your interested in preparing for Jesus service I would suggest reading all of Ephesians chapter six. “Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.” Ephisians 6:13 ESV. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@gmail.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again this tomorrow.
Do you know that you are made in the image of God? You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? To be sure turn from sin just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Savior.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. If you have trouble finding a good bible believing church in your neighborhood send me an email and I’ll see if I can help; mlitew8@yahoo.com or if you want a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com

[God of All Comfort] Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” 2 Corinthians 1:3-4ESV

The Books Exodus 37

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Exo38

l The Feast Daily Edition l
Mar 7_2012 Exodus 38
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 38. Today’s Feast is about the building of God’s tabernacle where workmen followed God’s directives. God had Moses keep a record of everything that was used or built; “21 These are the records of the tabernacle, the tabernacle of the testimony, as they were recorded at the commandment of Moses, the responsibility of the Levites under the direction of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.” Exodus 38:21, (ESV - English Standard Version). There is no
guessing where God works he keeps exacting records. For example he even knows the number of sparrows in His creation.; “6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God” Luke 12:6 English Standard Version (ESV). Make no mistake about it, God is aware of everything and everyone in his creation.; “7 Why,even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows” Matthew 7:13-14 English Standard Version (ESV).
Make no mistake about it God is very concise about whom has accepted his gift paid for by the blood of Jesus. “And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.Revelation 20:12 English Standard Version (ESV). Those who reject God’s gift of salvation will receive just wages of sin. Sin is the slave master that keeps the unsaved.;”22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’“ Matthew 7:22-23 ESV. This is why we keep the first thing first, salvation in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list (http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html), please write mlitew8@gmail.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again this tomorrow.
Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.

God's Way Exodus 37

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Exo 37

l The Feast Daily Edition l
Mar 6_2012 Exodus 37
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 37. Today’s Feast is about God’s workmen and the skill with which the Ark and other items God directed to be made ready for worship. It’s about the beautiful work they did at God’s direction. God is exacting in His directives for example; “9 The cherubim spread out their wings above, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces one to another; toward the mercy seat were the faces of the cherubim.” Exodus 37:9, (ESV - English Standard Version). There is no ambiguity in God’s instruction. God makes sure that in everything he asks of us there is complete instruction. For example there is only one path to salvation.; “6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6 English Standard Version (ESV). That’s clear concise and in no way ambiguous. He makes it very clear that there is no other way to salvation.; “13 “Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. Matthew 7:13-14 English Standard Version (ESV). You can’t earn salvation, buy it or even be so good that God will just give salvation to you. God is very clear it is a gift paid for by the blood of Jesus. Any other way leads to destruction.
