Keeping Faith! Numbers 13

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 13

l The Feast l

May 3_2012 Numbers 13

Dear Saints,

This today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 13. Today’s Feast causes me some distress. God had Moses send men ahead of his people to spy out the land that God was delivering into their hand. They came back with this report; “30 But Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, “Let us go up at once and occupy it, for we are well able to overcome it.” 31 Then the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we are.” 32 So they brought to the people of Israel a bad report of the land that they had spied out, saying, “The land, through which we have gone to spy it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people that we saw in it are of great height. 33 And there we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak, who come from the Nephilim), and we seemed to ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them.”” Numbers 13:30-33, English Standard Version (ESV). Why was the report mixed? Were they lying to Moses? What was the cost to the people of God? Jesus sends out the disciples and all that except him with a job. “16 Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. 17 And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”” Matthew 28:16-20 ESV. These instructions were for all who believed until the end of the age. What happens if we make excuses about why we can’t share God’s gift? What if we don’t have confidence in Jesus? Let us keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue number one. We are supposed to share God’s love with every nation and every person. “And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.1 John 5:14-15 ESV. I think that this settles it, keep the faith! Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.Romans 12:12 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast tomorrow.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.

God already knows! Numbers 12

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 12

l The Feast l

May 2_2012 Numbers 12

Dear Saints,

This today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 12.   Today’s Feast conveys a very good lesson.  If you have something against God’s chosen people whether it is a Pastor, an Elder, a Prophet or another Saint, think about taking it to God in prayer.  “1 Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman whom he had married, for he had married a Cushite woman. 2 And they said, “Has the Lord indeed spoken only through Moses?  Has he not spoken through us also?”  And the Lord heard it.  3 Now the man Moses was very meek, more than all people who were on the face of the earth.  4 And suddenly the Lord said to Moses and to Aaron and Miriam, “Come out, you three, to the tent of meeting.” And the three of them came out.  5 And the Lord came down in a pillar of cloud and stood at the entrance of the tent and called Aaron and Miriam, and they both came forward.  6 And he said, “Hear my words: If there is a prophet among you, I the Lord make myself known to him in a vision; I speak with him in a dream.  7 Not so with my servant Moses. He is faithful in all my house.  8 With him I speak mouth to mouth, clearly, and not in riddles, and he beholds the form of the Lord. Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?” 9 And the anger of the Lord was kindled against them, and he departed.”  Numbers 12:1-9,  English Standard Version (ESV).   Each believer has his own relationship with the Lord.  God loves every believer who is called according to his purpose.  If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, don’t dig at God’s chosen ones.  “1 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.  2 For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. 3 For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,”  Romans 8:1-3 .  Let us keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue number one.  There is no reason for us to worry about another Saint’s walk with the Lord, except to pray for them.  “And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.1 John 5:14-15 ESV.   I think that’s about enough said! I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me.   I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html.  please write mlitew8@yahoo.comTo correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast tomorrow.

Do you know that you are made in the image of God?  You are an eternal being; where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God?  If you want to be sure, turn from sin and just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Savior.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers)  that strives to measures up to God’s Word.  You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with.  Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus.  If you have trouble finding a good bible believing church in your neighborhood send me an email and I’ll see if I can help; mlitew8@yahoo.com or if you want a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com

Who’s the enemy? Numbers 11

May 1_2012 Numbers 11

Dear Saints,

This today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 11.   God’s work is done where the Spirit has landed.  “27 And a young man ran and told Moses, “Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.” 28 And Joshua the son of Nun, the assistant of Moses from his youth, said, “My lord Moses, stop them.” 29 But Moses said to him, “Are you jealous for my sake?  Would that all the Lord's people were prophets, that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!” 30 And Moses and the elders of Israel returned to the camp.”  Numbers 11:27-30,  English Standard Version (ESV).  Were you surprised that Moses accepted these Prophets?   Each believer has his own relationship with the Lord.  Surely when we see a different denomination preaching the Word of God we don’t speak against them.  Look to see if the Holy Spirit is inspiring them. “38  John said to him, “Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he was not following us.” 39 But Jesus said, “Do not stop him, for no one who does a mighty work in my name will be able soon afterward to speak evil of me.”  Mark 9:37-39.  If they are preaching God’s word be thankful for God’s help.  Remember the fields rare ready for the harvest.  “[ The Harvest Is Plentiful, the Laborers Few ] And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction.”  Matthew 9:35 ESV.   Our awesome God provided for all of His people as they followed him in the wilderness, yet many of them couldn’t find the faith to follow him.  Until the Holy Spirit fills all that are willing we’ll need more laborers.   Let us  keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue number one.  There is no reason for us to worry about another Saint’s walk with the Lord, rather share your faith.  “And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.” Hebrews 11:6 ESV.

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 10

l The Feast l

Apr 30_2012 Numbers.10

Dear Saints,

This today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 10. When the trumpet sounds the people of God prepare to march. They were in the wilderness yet they depended on God to lead them. “1 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Make two silver trumpets. Of hammered work you shall make them, and you shall use them for summoning the congregation and for breaking camp.” Numbers 10:1-2, English Standard Version (ESV). Each tribe knew when it was their time to move and what they carried beyond their personal possessions. You might think it would be easy to follow God when you knew it was him calling. But as we read on we see not everyone intended to follow God. “‘Surely none of the men who came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land that I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, because they have not wholly followed me,” Numbers 32:10 ESV. Our awesome God provided for all of His people as they followed him in the wilderness, yet many of them couldn’t find the faith to follow him. We see the disciples following Jesus as they were called. This included the son of perdition for a while. Yet not everyone who believed that Jesus was the Messiah could bring themselves to follow him. “16 And behold, a man came up to him, saying, “Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?” 17 And he said to him, “Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good. If you would enter life, keep the commandments.”” Matthew 19:16-17 ESV. This rich man believed that Jesus was the Messiah, but the treasure of this earth bound him. “ 21 Jesus said to him, “If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.” 22 When the young man heard this he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions.” Matthew 19:21-22 ESV. Once again; “we keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue number one.” Their is no reason for us to worry about the cost of our personal walk with the Lord. “Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ,Ephesians 4:15 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”“ Matthew 11:29 - 30 ESV. See we already have his promise that as his children our burden will be light. “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”Luke 19:10 ESV.
