God’s Glory Numbers 19 - 20

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 19-20

l The Feast l

May 9-10_2012 Numbers 19-20

Dear Saints,

I am going to the doctors tomorrow so I’m doubling the Feast to cover Wednesday and Thursday. For today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 19 and Numbers 20 for Thursday. Today’s Feast reminds us how easy it is for a believer to take credit for God’s blessings. God told Moses how to deliver water to his people. “6 Then Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the entrance of the tent of meeting and fell on their faces. And the glory of the Lord appeared to them, 7 and the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 8 “Take the staff, and assemble the congregation, you and Aaron your brother, and tell the rock before their eyes to yield its water.” Numbers 20:6-8, English Standard Version (ESV). Then Moses and Aaron assembled the people and smote the rock twice and it gave abundant water. “10 Then Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly together before the rock, and he said to them, “Hear now, you rebels: shall we bring water for you out of this rock?” 11 And Moses lifted up his hand and struck the rock with his staff twice, and water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their livestock” Numbers 20:10-11 ESV. I have heard it said that because Moses struck the rock rather than told it to deliver water, that is what angered God. That’s not what angered our awesome Father. They said to the people that they were delivering water. They should have given praise to God for the water. When you go to God and ask for anything and you receive it be careful to give God all the Glory. “[Life in the Spirit] There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:1-2 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast Friday.

Our Place? Numbers 18

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 18

l The Feast l

May 8_2012 Numbers 18

Dear Saints,

This today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 18. Today’s Feast lifts me up, I feel like I can rejoice in the Lord always. Again rejoicing in every way! Regarding the first seven verses in today’s Feast, Matthew Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary said; “The people complained of their difficulty and peril in drawing near to God. God here gives them to understand, that the priests should come near for them. Aaron would see reason not to be proud of his preferment, when he considered the great care and charge upon him. Be not high-minded, but fear. The greater the trust of work and power that is committed to us, the greater danger there is of betraying that trust. This is a good reason why we should neither envy others' honours, nor desire high places.” Regarding the disciples position in the new world with Jesus, Jesus said; “28 Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29 And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name's sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life. 30 But many who are first will be last, and the last first.” Matthew 19:28-30, English Standard Version (ESV). That’s another clear sign that God chooses the priests that serve him. My personal thought is whatever position we are in within salvation we should be content. Have you ever really thought about being genuinely happy for others. It is something that truly will make you feel good. This is just another reason we keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue number one. We are supposed to share God’s love with every person. “Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.” Colossians 4:5-6 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast tomorrow.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.

The Feast

Wednesday May 8, 2012 - Numbers 18, “The charge of the priests and Levites. (1-7) The priests' portion. (8-19) The Levites' portion. (20-32)” – Matthew Henry Concise

Brother Mike

Choice? Numbers 17

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 17

l The Feast l

May 7_2012 Numbers 17

Dear Saints,

This today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 17. Today’s Feast causes me some curiosity in verses 1-7 It is another instance of the grace of God, in which, he performs another miracle to avoid penalties for sin. Twelve rods were brought in. They were the staves which the princes used as ensigns of their authority; old and dry they were devoid of sap. Which ever tribe in his grace God chose to be in the priesthood, their staff would bud and blossom. Moses didn’t object to the matter he left it up to the Lord. “8 On the next day Moses went into the tent of the testimony, and behold, the staff of Aaron for the house of Levi had sprouted and put forth buds and produced blossoms, and it bore ripe almonds. 9 Then Moses brought out all the staffs from before the Lord to all the people of Israel. And they looked, and each man took his staff. 10 And the Lord said to Moses, “Put back the staff of Aaron before the testimony, to be kept as a sign for the rebels, that you may make an end of their grumblings against me, lest they die.” 11 Thus did Moses; as the Lord commanded him, so he did.” Numbers 17:8-11, English Standard Version (ESV). This was a clear sign that God chose the priests that were to serve him. Listen Saint, did you know that you were chosen by God? When Jesus was referring to the Saints that are saved he said; “11 And I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one. 12 While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have guarded them, and not one of them has been lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. 13 But now I am coming to you, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have my joy fulfilled in themselves.” John 17:11-13, ESV. This description is for all who believe in faith. That’s right saint you are God’s gift given to Jesus! This is just another reason we keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue number one. We are supposed to share God’s love with every person. “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 ESV.

God chose you do you choose God? You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? If you want to be sure, turn from sin and just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strives to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. If you have trouble finding a good bible believing church in your neighborhood send me an email and I’ll see if I can help; mlitew8@yahoo.com or if you want a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com

Why does God? Numbers 14-16

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 14-16

l The Weekend Feast l

clip_image001[4]

May 4 - 6_2012 Num. Chpt.14-16

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our Feast inNumbers 14 - Numbers 16.   Our God gives freely to all who are called to His purpose.  But He will take away the life of those who are wicked and despise Him.   “25Then Moses rose and went to Dathan and Abiram, and the elders of Israel followed him. 26 And he spoke to the congregation, saying, “Depart, please, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest you be swept away with all their sins.” 27 So they got away from the dwelling of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram. And Dathan and Abiram came out and stood at the door of their tents, together with their wives, their sons, and their little ones. 28 And Moses said, “Hereby you shall know that the Lord has sent me to do all these works, and that it has not been of my own accord. 29 If these men die as all men die, or if they are visited by the fate of all mankind, then the Lord has not sent me.30 But if the Lord creates something new, and the ground opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that belongs to them, and they go down alive into Sheol, then you shall know that these men have despised the Lord.””  Numbers 16:25-30,  English Standard Version (ESV).  Yet even after the Lord separated those who would love him some say; “How can a loving god do this to ‘good’ people.”  Those who do not have a relationship with God will never see that those who went down despised the Lord.  “13 For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? 15 And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written,“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”” Romans 10:13-15 , ESV.   Our awesome God does provide a way for those who despise Him.  It is our calling Saints to make sure they know God loves them.  First God provides the Way for them to triumph over sin and death.  “16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18  Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.” John 3:16 ESV.   That’s why we keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue number one.  It is our job in our personal walk with the Lord to carry the Word to them.  “ 18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”” Matthew 28:18-20 ESV.   It is up to us saints who are called according to His purpose to carry His message.  “14 if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2Chronicles 7:14 ESV.   I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me.   I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer listhttp://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html.  please writemlitew8@yahoo.com.  To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast Monday.
