Why Feast? Numbers 24

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 24
l The Feast l

May 14_2012 Numbers 24

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 24. Today’s Feast reminds us how easy and insightful it seems to read God’s Word. “2 And Balaam lifted up his eyes and saw Israel camping tribe by tribe. And the Spirit of God came upon him, 3 and he took up his discourse and said,
The oracle of Balaam the son of Beor,
the oracle of the man whose eye is opened,
4 the oracle of him who hears the words of God,
who sees the vision of the Almighty,
falling down with his eyes uncovered:” Numbers 24:2-4, English Standard Version (ESV). It’s inspiring, insightful, full of wisdom and encouragement. So why do we have “The Feast”, a daily guide that takes us through every word in the Bible about every three years. The first thing I think of it’s nice to study together, in an organized manner and we have a shared prayer list. That however would just scratch the surface. “And he humbled you and let you hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.
Deuteronomy 8:3 ESV. That’s as example of the importance of reading God’s Word from the Old Testament. As we continue our Feast we see the Old Testament agrees with the New; “3 And the tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become loaves of bread.” 4 But he answered, “It is written,
“‘Man shall not live by bread alone,
but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”
5 Then the devil took him to the holy city and set him on the pinnacle of the temple” Matthew 4:3-5 ESV. We learn how the law points to sin but it doesn’t pay for it. It’s paid for in blood by Jesus for our sin debt. “16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.“ John 3:16 ESV. The Feast serves to constantly build our Faith; “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.Romans 10:17 ESV. We never ask for money, Jesus is our reward, and this only begins to scratch the surface of why the Feast. “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.Psalm 139:13-14 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast Tomorrow.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.

God For and Against? Numbers 21 - 23

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 21-23
l The Feast l

May 11-13_2012 Numbers 21-23

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 21 through Numbers 23 for Sunday. Today’s Feast reminds us how easy it is to sin against God even after he has blessed us. “4 From Mount Hor they set out by the way to the Red Sea, to go around the land of Edom. And the people became impatient on the way. 5 And the people spoke against God and against Moses, “Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no food and no water, and we loathe this worthless food.” 6 Then the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people, so that many people of Israel died.” Numbers 21:4-6, English Standard Version (ESV). Even when God’s people fall into sin and are punished by God, if they turn from their sin back to him he will provide a way out. “7 And the people came to Moses and said, “We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord and against you. Pray to the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us.” So Moses prayed for the people. 8 And the Lord said to Moses, “Make a fiery serpent and set it on a pole, and everyone who is bitten, when he sees it, shall live.”” Numbers 21:7-8 ESV. Sin entered into the world by one man, Adam. Sin was paid for by the Only Son of God! That is why we keep the first thing salvation first. Paid for in blood by Jesus for our sin debt. “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.Ephesians 4:32 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast Monday.

Do you know that you are made in the image of God? You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? If you want to be sure, turn from sin and just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strives to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. If you have trouble finding a good bible believing church in your neighborhood send me an email and I’ll see if I can help; mlitew8@yahoo.com or if you want a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com

God’s Glory Numbers 19 - 20

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 19-20

l The Feast l

May 9-10_2012 Numbers 19-20

Dear Saints,

I am going to the doctors tomorrow so I’m doubling the Feast to cover Wednesday and Thursday. For today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 19 and Numbers 20 for Thursday. Today’s Feast reminds us how easy it is for a believer to take credit for God’s blessings. God told Moses how to deliver water to his people. “6 Then Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly to the entrance of the tent of meeting and fell on their faces. And the glory of the Lord appeared to them, 7 and the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 8 “Take the staff, and assemble the congregation, you and Aaron your brother, and tell the rock before their eyes to yield its water.” Numbers 20:6-8, English Standard Version (ESV). Then Moses and Aaron assembled the people and smote the rock twice and it gave abundant water. “10 Then Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly together before the rock, and he said to them, “Hear now, you rebels: shall we bring water for you out of this rock?” 11 And Moses lifted up his hand and struck the rock with his staff twice, and water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their livestock” Numbers 20:10-11 ESV. I have heard it said that because Moses struck the rock rather than told it to deliver water, that is what angered God. That’s not what angered our awesome Father. They said to the people that they were delivering water. They should have given praise to God for the water. When you go to God and ask for anything and you receive it be careful to give God all the Glory. “[Life in the Spirit] There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:1-2 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast Friday.

Please join us for prayer, the fervent prayer of a righteous Saint avails (availeth) much, join in at; http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html You the living Saints that are God’s Church, made by his hands, God will bless you as you pray continuously with us. Our Place? Numbers 18

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 18

l The Feast l

May 8_2012 Numbers 18

Dear Saints,

This today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 18. Today’s Feast lifts me up, I feel like I can rejoice in the Lord always. Again rejoicing in every way! Regarding the first seven verses in today’s Feast, Matthew Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary said; “The people complained of their difficulty and peril in drawing near to God. God here gives them to understand, that the priests should come near for them. Aaron would see reason not to be proud of his preferment, when he considered the great care and charge upon him. Be not high-minded, but fear. The greater the trust of work and power that is committed to us, the greater danger there is of betraying that trust. This is a good reason why we should neither envy others' honours, nor desire high places.” Regarding the disciples position in the new world with Jesus, Jesus said; “28 Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of Man will sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29 And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name's sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life. 30 But many who are first will be last, and the last first.” Matthew 19:28-30, English Standard Version (ESV). That’s another clear sign that God chooses the priests that serve him. My personal thought is whatever position we are in within salvation we should be content. Have you ever really thought about being genuinely happy for others. It is something that truly will make you feel good. This is just another reason we keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue number one. We are supposed to share God’s love with every person. “Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.” Colossians 4:5-6 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. I’m not educated nor am I a Theologian so if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast tomorrow.
