“23 “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us).” Matthew 1:23

Isaiah Chapter 7, “Ahaz threatened by Israel and Syria; and is assured their attack would be in vain. (1-9) God gives a sure sign by the promise of the long-expected Messiah. (10-16) The folly and sin of seeking relief from Assyria are reproved. (17-25) -  Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 7.   The Jews had angered God and they didn’t know how to approach Him (see Amos 4:11) to be forgiven.  The prophet says the Lord God will give (see Isaiah 9:6) them a sign.  They will perish because they don’t believe in God.  “ 23 In that day every place where there used to be a thousand vines, worth a thousand shekels of silver, will become briers and thorns. 24 With bow and arrows a man will come there, for all the land will be briers and thorns. 25 )And as for all the hills that used to be hoed with a hoe, you will not come there for fear of briers and thorns, but they will become a place where cattle are let loose and where sheep tread. “   Isaiah 6:13  English Standard Versions (ESV).  Jesus himself was crucified for our sins.  We have God’s Word telling us that Jesus (see John 1:1-5) is God with us.  “And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.  Deuteronomy 6:6-7  ESV.   The question remains for every person; do you believe God sent Jesus (see John 3:16) to rescue us?  Are you ready to believe with us that our Lord Jesus Christ (see Matthew 1:23) is (God with us) Immanuel?

Is Jesus calling you?  Do you need to be free?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

The Feast does belong to Jesus! It is intended to encourage Saints to pray and read every word in the bible!  Let me know if you have any questions or comments, by replying here on the blog or in an email.

The Feast belongs to Jesus you may share it anywhere with anyone!

God Bless You,

Commission From The Lord

Today’s Feast

Mar. 4, 2014 – Isaiah 6
Isaiah's Commission From The Lord
Easter Is Coming: Share the Feasting in God’s Word, join us as we share God’s Word daily for forty days as Easter Sunday April 20th approaches! Begin count 3/8

“For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.” Galatians 5:13

Isaiah Chapter 6, “The vision which Isaiah beheld in the temple. (1-8) The Lord declares the blindness to come upon the Jewish nation, and the destruction which would follow. (9-13) -  Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 6.   Isaiah sees the messiah (see John 12:41) in his vision.  Having eyes they do not see (see John 12:40) and having ears they do not hear.  “13 And though a tenth remain in it, it will be burned again, like a terebinth or an oak, whose stump remains when it is felled.” The holy seed is its stump.“   Isaiah 6:13  English Standard Versions (ESV).  Though Jesus is crucified and dies for our sins he overcomes death (see Job 14:7) returning to life like a tree stump sprouting branches.  “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.  Joshua 1:9  ESV.   We have no need to fear what men can do to us, because we can rely on Jesus to lighten our burden (see Matthew 11:28) and give us rest.  We too have a commission (see Matthew 28:16-20) from our Lord Jesus.

Is Jesus calling out to you?  Do you want to be free from sin and heavy burdens?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

Will The Vineyard Of The Lord Be Destroyed

Today’s Feast

Mar. 3, 2014 – Isaiah 5
The Vineyard Of The Lord Destroyed
Easter Is Coming: Share the Feasting in God’s Word, join us as we share God’s Word daily for the next forty days as Easter Sunday April 20th approaches!

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.”  1 Peter 5:6

Isaiah Chapter 5, “The state and conduct of the Jewish nation. (1-7) The judgments which would come. (8-23) The executioners of these judgments. (24-30) -  Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 5.   God is expecting His Church to bear good fruit (see  Luke 13:6).  There is no sin in having riches (see Isaiah 5:22) the sin comes by not knowing when you have enough.  The earth will appear dark and desolate (see Isaiah 8:22) to God’s people; “30 They will growl over it on that day, like the growling of the sea. And if one looks to the land, behold, darkness and distress; and the light is darkened by its clouds.“   Isaiah 3:6  English Standard Versions (ESV).  The men and women who know Jesus (see John 8:12) have no reason to walk in darkness.  “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.  Isaiah 55:8-9 ESV.   We cannot know the mind of God however; unless we know the love of Jesus (see John 14:6) we can’t be saved. Let’s continue to study God’s Word (see 2 Timothy 2:15) to be just workmen, tending Jesus’ vineyards.

Can you hear Jesus calling you?  Do you want to join the saints?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

The Branch of the Lord Glorified

+

Today’s Feast

The Branch of the Lord Glorified
Easter Is Coming: Share the Feasting in God’s Word, join us as we share God’s Word daily for the next forty days as Easter Sunday April 20th approaches!

“91 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.”  Psalm 91:1

Isaiah Chapter 4, “The havoc occasioned by war. (1) The times of the Messiah. (2-6) -  Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 4.   When there were troubles or war the single state of women was unacceptable among the Jews, and they would seek husbands (see Isaiah 13:12) for themselves.  Isaiah goes on prophesying about Jesus (see Psalm 27:5) the Messiah’s coming. “6 There will be a booth for shade by day from the heat, and for a refuge and a shelter from the storm and rain.“   Isaiah 3:6  English Standard Versions (ESV).  If God’s people were understood Isaiah they would have been seeking the coming of Messiah (see Exodus 32:32-33) over what the world had to offer.  “But he knows the way that I take; when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold. My foot has held fast to his steps; I have kept his way and have not turned aside.  Job 23:10-11 ESV.
Take a moment to think about what you really want.  Is freedom from sin (see John 8:32) high on your list?  Can politicians supply the answer (see Psalm 4:3) or is Jesus the answer?   Is what you seek going to be fulfilled when Jesus (see Revelation 3:5) returns?  We are looking forward to the day when the branch of the Lord is glorified.

Listen!  Is Jesus calling you?  Do you want to join the saints?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm
