Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Jeremiah Chapter 52he fate of Zedekiah. (1-11) The destruction of Jerusalem. (12-23) The captivities. (24-30) The advancement of Jehoiachin. (31-34)
Verses 1-11 This fruit of sin we should pray against above any thing; Cast me not away from thy presence, ( Psalms 51:11 ) … Zedekiah's flight was in vain, for there is no escaping the judgments of God; they come upon the sinner, and overtake him, let him flee where he will.
Verses 12-23 The Chaldean army made woful havoc. But nothing is so particularly related here, as the carrying away of the articles in the temple. The remembrance of their beauty and value shows us the more the evil of sin.
Verses 24-30 The leaders of the Jews caused them to err; but now they are, in particular, made monuments of Divine justice... This people often were wonders both of judgment and mercy.
Verses 31-34 ( Kings. 25:27-30 ) Those under oppression will find it is not in vain for them to hope and quietly to wait for the salvation of the Lord… May we be enabled, more and more, to rest on the Rock of Ages, and to look forward with holy faith to that hour, when the Lord will bring again Zion, and overthrow all the enemies of the church.- Matthew Henry Concise.
Our God is faithful to keep those (see Jeremiah 52:31-34) who keep their faith in Him. “33 So Jehoiachin put off his prison garments. And every day of his life he dined regularly at the king's table 34 and for his allowance, a regular allowance was given him by the king, according to his daily needs, until the day of his death, as long as he lived.Jeremiah 52:33-34 ESV.  We don’t need to worry or fret about the world around us if we trust Jesus and love our neighbors; “18 You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord. Leviticus 19:18  ESV.  Jesus has paid the full price (see Hebrews 9:12) to release every person from the bonds of sin.  We are ambassadors (see 2 Corinthians 5:20) carrying the good news to a dying world.

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Jeremiah Chapter 51 Babylon's doom; God's controversy with her; encouragements from thence to the Israel of God. (1-58) The confirming of this. (59-64)- Matthew Henry Concise.
The whole world will see God’s judgment taken out on Babylon; (see Jeremiah 51:1-58) they will surely be amazed (see Revelation 18:19) at how quickly she is destroyed?  The words that Jeremiah the prophet spoke (see Jeremiah 51:59-64) were read to the captives to let them know God’s promise to rescue them would be fulfilled; “62 and say, ‘O Lord, you have said concerning this place that you will cut it off, so that nothing shall dwell in it, neither man nor beast, and it shall be desolate forever.’ Jeremiah 51:62 ESV.  The Word of God’s is a two edged sword; He lifts up those who love Jesus and (see Revelation 18:21) puts down those who don’t. “24 Can a man hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him? declares the Lord. Do I not fill heaven and earth? declares the Lord. Jeremiah 23:24  ESV.  We cannot serve the Lord and the World; (see Matthew 6:24) we will love one and hate the other.  Only you can make the choice; choose who you will love (see Hebrews 3:12-14) and commit with your (see Revelation 3:15) whole heart.

Can you hear Jesus calling you?  Are you ready to answer His call?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading the book of Jeremiah Chapter 50; “The ruin of Babylon. (1-3, 8-16,21-32,35-46;) The redemption of God's people. (4-7,17-20,33,34)
Verses 1-7 The king of Babylon was kind to Jeremiah, yet the prophet must foretell the ruin of that kingdom… Their present case is lamented as very sad. The sins of professing Christians never will excuse those who rejoice in destroying them.
Verses 8-20 The desolation that shall be brought upon Babylon is set forth in a variety of expressions…  Deliverances out of trouble are comforts indeed, when fruits of the forgiveness of sin.
Verses 21-32 The forces are mustered and empowered to destroy Babylon...  Babylon's pride must be her ruin; she has been proud against the Holy One of Israel; who can keep those up whom God will throw down?
Verses 33-46 It is Israel's comfort in distress, that, though they are weak, their Redeemer is strong… In the judgments denounced against prosperous Babylon, and the mercies promised to afflicted Israel, we learn to choose to suffer affliction with the people of God, rather than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season.”  - Matthew Henry Concise.
In this chapter we learn that sometimes God uses His People to pronounce judgment, (see Jeremiah 50:21-23) they may be used in the battle against sin. The question that begs to be answered is; (see Ephesians 6:10-11) are we prepared to serve God?  Do we know who (see Ephesians 6:12) the enemy is?  Don’t fret Jesus knows what we are able to handle, He will be with us; “But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.2 Thessalonians 3:3 ESV.  Jesus is with us in every circumstance; Keep your mind and eyes on Jesus (see Hebrews 13:5) He will never leave or forsake us.

19 God, who is enthroned forever, will hear them and afflict them-- "Selah" men who never change their ways and have no fear of God.” Psalm 55:19

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading the book of Jeremiah Chapter 49; ‘Prophecies relative to the Ammonites. (1-6) The Edomites. (7-22) The Syrians. (23-27) The Kedarenes. (28-33) The Elamites. (34-39)” - Matthew Henry Concise.
In this chapter God’s righteousness is on display as He judges the nations beginning with (see Jeremiah 49:1-6) the Ammonites.  God judges Edom an enemy of Israel (see Jeremiah 49:7-22) and it becomes a horror.   God’s Judgment on Damascus (see Jeremiah 49:23 27) the stronghold of Ben-hadad waxes weak.  God uses Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon (see Jeremiah 49:28-33) to make the people of Kedar aware of their sins against God.  The king and officials of Elam, suffer (see Jeremiah 49:34-39) God’s fierce anger. “37 I will terrify Elam before their enemies and before those who seek their life. I will bring disaster upon them, my fierce anger, declares the Lord.  I will send the sword after them, until I have consumed them, 38 and I will set my throne in Elam and destroy their king and officials, declares the Lord.Jeremiah 49:37-38 English Standard Version (ESV).  Those that attack God’s law or His People (see Genesis 12:3) bring destruction upon themselves. “but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.Isaiah 40:31 ESV.  The fear of God is the beginning of (see Proverbs 1:7) wisdom.  God protects those who love (see Job 8:20) His righteousness.
