you welcomed me,” Matthew

Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our
Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel
Chapter 24;
“The fate of Jerusalem. (1-14) The extent of the sufferings of the Jews. (15-27)“- Matthew Henry Concise.
God spoke to
Ezekiel characterizing Jerusalem as a pot, boiling on the fire (see
Ezekiel 24:1-14) she is so full of sin and evil that she can’t
be cleaned. Ezekiel’s wife dies (see
Ezekiel 24:15-27) God tells him to mourn in silence and not
show that he’s grieving; “27 On
that day your mouth will be opened to the fugitive, and you shall speak and be
no longer mute. So you will be a sign to them, and they will know that I am the
LORD."” Ezekiel 24:27 English Standard Version (ESV). Someday
God
may
call
on
you to
help
someone
you
don’t
want to
(see
Jonah 1)
don’t
even
try
to disobey
or
avoid God.
All things pleasant
or not
God asks
of you
(see
Romans 8:28)
will
work in your favor;
“22 For the LORD is our judge; the LORD is
our lawgiver; the LORD is our king; he will save us.”
Isaiah 33:22 ESV. Only Jesus can save us from that
cooking pot (see
Acts 4:12) that burns eternally.
The only way you and I can approach God
(see
John 14:6) is trough
Jesus!

Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our
Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel
Chapter 23; “A history of the apostacy of God's
people from him, and the aggravation thereof.
- In this
parable, Samaria and Israel bear the name Aholah, "her own tabernacle;" because
the places of worship those kingdoms had, were of their own devising. Jerusalem
and Judah bear the name of Aholibah, "my tabernacle is in her," because their
temple was the place which God himself had chosen, to put his name there. The
language and figures are according to those times. Will not such humbling
representations of nature keep open perpetual repentance and sorrow in the soul,
hiding pride from our eyes, and taking us from self-righteousness? Will it not
also prompt the soul to look to God continually for grace, that by his Holy
Spirit we may mortify the deeds of the body, and live in holy conversation and
godliness?“- Matthew Henry Concise.
The Word of the
Lord told Ezekiel, listen to this story about two adulterous sisters
representing the sin of God’s people (see
Ezekiel 23) who God destroys
because of their idolatry; “48 Thus will I put an end to lewdness in the
land, that all women may take warning and not commit lewdness as you have
done. 49 And they shall return your lewdness upon you, and you shall bear the penalty
for your sinful idolatry, and you shall know that I am the Lord GOD."” Ezekiel 23:48-49 English
Standard Version (ESV). I want to ask what do you think is sinful? To me I think
it is
anything that comes between us and God, the Holy Spirit
or
Jesus
(see
Romans 7:12-14)is
sin.
No matter how right, good
or pleasurable
it seems
(see
Romans 6:23)
sin
brings
(eternal
death)
separation
from
God. While
we may be weak or prone to satisfy
our
sin nature
God loves us so much (John 3:16) through
Jesus
He
gave us a free
pass
on
sin.
By
God’s
Grace and
Faith
in Jesus each
person
may be saved;
“160 The sum of your word
is truth, and every one of your righteous rules endures
forever.”
Psalm 119:160 ESV. If you say; I do not have that
kind of blind faith! I would say that
it’s not blind faith (see
Romans 10:17) please pray and then
read God’s Word.
Salvation which is adoption into
the Family of God (see
Ephesians 2:8)
cannot be earned by any means. Don’t
live in sin like the two adulteries sisters! The Lord Jesus willingly obeyed God
the Father and gave His life (see
Ephesians 2:13) so that
everyone who chooses life can be saved.
Is Jesus calling you
today? Are you ready to know God’s plans
for you? Do you
want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life? If the answer is yes to any of these
questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm
