Today’s Feast
Nov. 8, 2014- Zephaniah 1
God’s Judgment on The World
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will
spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years. Gods
Not Dead!
“16 "Thus says the Lord:
'Behold, I will bring calamity on this place and on its inhabitants--all the
words of the book which the king of Judah has read-- 2
Kings 22:16 - New King James Version
(NKJV)
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by
reading the book of Zephaniah Chapter 1;
“Zephaniah excites to repentance, foretells the destruction of the enemies
of the Jews, and comforts the pious among them with promises of future
blessings, the restoration of their nation, and the prosperity of the church
in the latter days.
Threatenings against
sinners. (1-6) More
threatenings. (7-13) Distress
from the approaching judgments. (14-18)
” - Matthew Henry Concise
The Lord’s word that came to Zephaniah, (see Zephaniah
1:1-6) judgment is coming for
everyone who has turned their back on God. Open your eyes, be quiet and listen to God’s Word; (see
Zephaniah
1:7-13) those who deny God and worship false gods will lose everything. These warnings should wake up every sinner; (see
Zephaniah
1:14-18) because God is
going to destroy them; “18
Neither their silver nor their gold Shall be able to deliver them In the day
of the Lord's wrath; But the whole land shall be devoured By the fire of His
jealousy, For He will make speedy riddance Of all those who dwell in the
land.” Zephaniah
1:18 NKJV. Some may depend on their selves, their money
or what they have accomplished; (see
Joshua 24:23) as for myself and my loved ones we will depend on God; “ 15 And if it seems evil to you to serve
the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the
gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or
the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my
house, we will serve the Lord."” Joshua 24:15
NKJV.
If there is only one thing you think that works for you (see Joel 2:13) please make that one thing Jesus. Because while you were still a sinner; (see
John 3:16) Jesus came and made provisions for your life.
Would you like to experience God’s mercy? Do you want to
feel true love? Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit
anything; (see Revelation
3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door and He wants you to answer
now! Can you hear Jesus calling you? Will you answer Him
today? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your
life? If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the

The Lord's Answer

Today’s Feast
Nov. 7, 2014- Habakkuk 1
The Lord's Answer
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will

Word in approximately three years. Gods

“41 "Behold, you despisers, Marvel and
perish! For I work a work in your days, A work which you will by no means
believe, Though one were to declare it to you.' "” Acts
13:41 - New King James Version
(NKJV)
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by
reading the book of Habakkuk Chapter 1;
“The subject of this prophecy is the destruction of Judea and Jerusalem
for the sins of the people, and the consolation of the faithful under
national calamities.
The wickedness of the land.
The fearful vengeance to be executed. (1-11) These
judgments to be inflicted by a nation more wicked than themselves. (12-17)” - Matthew Henry Concise
Habakkuk is moved by the ungodly acts he
sees everywhere he turns; (see Habakkuk 1:1-4) because the wicked surround the
righteous and justice appears warped. Just as we are supposed to do; God
instructs Habakkuk to wait upon the Lord and watch; (see Habakkuk
1:5-11) they will be held guilty, the one whose strength is false gods. The prophet questions the Lord; (see
Habakkuk
1:12-17) because his share multiplies and they are living in luxury; “16
Therefore they sacrifice to their net, And burn incense to their dragnet;
Because by them their share is sumptuous And their food plentiful. 17 Shall
they therefore empty their net, And continue to slay nations without pity? ” Habakkuk
1:16-17 NKJV. Look around you saints (see Romans 8:28) no matter how bad the world seems, God promised you that all
things will work to your advantage; “1
Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions,
and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in
authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and
reverence. ” 1 Timothy 2:1-2 NKJV. Pray for all men
great and small (see 1
Timothy 3:4) and manage your home life,
you are ambassadors for Jesus. While
we wait on our Lord Jesus; (see 1 Timothy
3:12) strive to keep your
home in perfect order, because this is God’s will for us.
Are you ready to trust God? If the answer is yes; today
is the day of your salvation! Don’t wait another minute to leave,
change or quit anything (see Revelation
3:20) Jesus is at knocking
at your door this minute. He wants you to come just as you
are! Do you hear Jesus calling you? Will you answer Him
today? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your
life? If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the

Today’s Feast
Nov. 6, 2014-Jude 1
A Call to Persevere
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will
spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years. Gods
Not Dead!
“2 that you may be mindful of the words
which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us,
the apostles of the Lord and Savior,” 2
Peter 3:2 - New King James Version
(NKJV)
Dear
Saints,
“This epistle is addressed
to all believers in the gospel. Its design appears to be to guard believers
against the false teachers who had begun to creep into the Christian church,
and to scatter dangerous tenets, by attempting to lower all Christianity into
a merely nominal belief and outward profession of the gospel. Having thus
denied the obligations of personal holiness, they taught their disciples to
live in sinful courses, at the same time flattering them with the hope of
eternal life. The vile character of these seducers is shown, and their
sentence is denounced, and the epistle concludes with warnings, admonitions,
and counsels to believers.
The apostle exhorts to
stedfastness in the faith. (1-4) The
danger of being infected by false professors, and the dreadful punishment
which shall be inflicted on them and their followers. (5-7) An
awful description of these seducers and their deplorable end. (8-16) Believers
cautioned against being surprised at such deceivers arising among them. (17-23) The
epistle ends with an encouraging doxology, or words of praise. (24,25)” - Matthew Henry Concise
Jude tells the people (see Jude 1:1-8) there is certain judgment for the false
teachers. The nature of the false
teachers are described, (see Jude 1:9-25 ) always remember the gospel of Jesus; “24
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you
faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, 25 To God our
Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now
and forever. Amen.” Jude
1:24-25 NKJV. Pray for all people (see 2 Peter 3:9) that God’s will be done; “9
having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good
pleasure which He purposed in Himself, 10 that in the dispensation of the
fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ,
both which are in heaven and which are on earth--in Him.” Ephesians 1:9-10 NKJV. Jesus paid the full price for our sins, salvation
can’t be bought, sold or earned it is the merciful gift from God (see Ephesians
2:8) assured by His son
and our Savior Jesus.
Do you want to experience God’s mercy? Do you want to
feel true love? Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit
anything; (see Revelation
3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door and He wants you to answer
now! Can you hear Jesus calling you? Will you answer Him
today? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your
life? If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the
