Today’s Feast
Jan 16, 2015- Genesis 23
Are You Sharing The Life?
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will
spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years1.
“20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and
opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.”
Revelation
3:20 New King James Version (NKJV).
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by
reading the book of Genesis Chapter 23; The death of Sarah, Abraham
applies for a burying-place. (1-13) Sarah's burying-place. (14-20) ” - Matthew Henry Concise
Today
we prayerfully continue our Feast in Genesis
23. God called Sarah home at one hundred twenty three years of age.
Many people would just say Sarah died, but she had a full life at a hundred
and twenty three years old. This takes us back to issue number one. For any
new Saint’s issue number one is Salvation free through the sacrifice of
Jesus. He paid the full price for our Salvation when he died on the cross. He
rose again overcoming death for all that believe, turn from their sin and ask
Jesus to come in as Lord of their life. That brings us to face several
things. We were created in God’s image that means we are eternal beings. Sin
entered through one man Adam. Sin was
paid for by one man the only begotten son of God, Jesus. God’s grace and easy way to remember what
that means is; “Gods Riches At Christ’s
Expense.” Now we get the whole picture the death that God gives as a
blessing to take us out of a world of sin to abide in his presence for
eternity. Well then what is so bad about death? Well do any that die ignoring
God’s precious gift still get eternal life. The answer is a resounding “YES”! However it won’t be with God.
They will live a tortured eternal life separated from the father! Now this is
how our Lord Jesus tells it; “22 So it was that the beggar died, and was
carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was
buried. 23 And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw
Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 “Then he cried and said,
‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip
of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’
25 But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your
good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and
you are tormented. 26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a
great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor
can those from there pass to us.’“ Luke
16:22-26 NKJV.
So
then we see that we must accept God’s gift of eternal life now. If we just
obey God, turn from sin and accept his gift. God will provide a new home and
body for us with him for eternity. If we reject the gift of eternal life with
God, we will live eternally in misery and torture, eternally thirsty. I would
think that this knowledge would make every one of us want to share Jesus with
every soul we meet it is the great commission;” 18 And Jesus came and
spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on
earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them
in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching
them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you
always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” Matthew
28:18-20 NKJV. Let’s go now sharing Jesus and the Grace of God and
the gift of Jesus. You may be feeling very uncomfortable Saint. You may get
ridiculed but what is that compared to eternal separation from God.
“7 Then Jesus said to them
again, “Most
assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. … 9 I am the door.
If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find
pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to
destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more
abundantly.”” John
10:7, 9-10 NKJV.
Is Jesus calling to you
today? Are you ready to answer God’s call? If the answer is yes;
today is the day of your salvation! Don’t wait another minute to leave,
change or quit anything (see Revelation
3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute. He wants you
to come just as you are, surrendering all! Will you answer Him today?
Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life? If
the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.htm.
If our Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast tomorrow.
God
Bless You,

Are You Sharing The Life?

Can You Do This?

Can You Do This?
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will
spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years1.
“12 Blessed is the man who endures
temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life
which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.” James 1:12 New King James Version (NKJV).
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by
reading the book of Genesis Chapter 22;
“Abraham's sojourn at Gerar, Sarah is taken by Abimelech. (1-8)
Abimelech's rebuke to Abraham. (9-13)
Abimelech restores Sarah. (14-18)
” - Matthew Henry Concise
As
we Feast in Genesis 22. God called to Abraham
telling him to take his son to the mountain and sacrifice him. Abraham
obeying God took his son preparing an offering; “9 Then they came to the place of
which God had told him. And Abraham built an altar there and placed the wood
in order; and he bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar, upon the
wood. 10 And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his
son. 11 But the Angel of the Lord called to him from heaven and said,
“Abraham, Abraham!” So he said, “Here I am.” 12 And He said, “Do not lay your
hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God,
since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.”13 Then Abraham
lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a
thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for
a burnt offering instead of his son. 14 And Abraham called the name of the
place, The-Lord-Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, “In the Mount of the
Lord it shall be provided.”” Genesis
22:9-14 NKJV. Again we examine God’s mercy just as Abraham did
when God calls us to do something we should do it. For if we obey our Lord
without worrying, about the cost, or even if we already had accepted an
invitation to play cards, we just need to obey God. God will provide for the
task and they’ll have someone to talk about at the game tables that day. Then
for and by Jesus sake, we will finish the task and return to our Beersheba.
Beersheba means well of seven or well of the oath and it was Abrahams home. I
guess that’s why when asked what is the most important commandment Jesus
said; “29
Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel,
the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 And you shall love the Lord your God
with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all
your strength.’ This is the first commandment.” Mark
12:29-30 NKJV. Then Jesus added; “31
And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
There is no other commandment greater than these.”“ Mark
12:31 NKJV. Can you do this? Now try
doing this right after your neighbor’s dog comes in your yard and does
something despicable, like digs in your flower bed or something.
“31
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you
are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall
make you free.”
John
8:31-32 1:1-2 ESV
Do you want to accept
Jesus into your heart? If you answered yes you need fellowship and so do we.
Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus
sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin)
and accept Jesus. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers)
that strive to measures up to God’s Word. If you answered yes click the

Wait! God Keeps His Word!

Today’s Feast
Jan 14, 2015- Genesis 21
Wait! God Keeps His Word!
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will
spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years1.
“Wait on the Lord; Be of good
courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!” Psalm
27:14 New King James Version (NKJV).
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by
reading the book of Genesis Chapter 21;
“Birth of Isaac, Sarah's joy. (1-8) Ishmael
mocks Isaac. (9-13) Hagar
and Ishmael are cast forth, They are relieved and comforted by an angel. (14-21) Abimelech's
covenant with Abraham. (22-34)”
- Matthew Henry Concise
As
we Feast in Genesis 21. God blesses Abraham’s wife
Sarah and she had a boy just as the lord promised. This caused unbearable tension between Hagar
and Sarah. God promised Abraham that all
would be well with Ishmael, so he sent Hagar and Ishmael out into the wilderness;
“20 So God was
with the lad; and he grew and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer.
21 He dwelt in the Wilderness of Paran; and his mother took a wife for him
from the land of Egypt.” Genesis 21:20-21 New King James Version (NKJV).
Because Abraham and Sarah didn’t trust and wait on God, Ishmael’s
descendants are a thorn in Israel’s side to this very day; “12 He shall be a wild man; His
hand shall be against every man, And every man’s hand against him. And he
shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.”” Genesis
16:12 NKJV. Whatever God is
doing in your life don’t rush it, (See 2
Corinthians 7:1) God always keeps his promises.
“20 If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a
liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love
God whom he has not seen? 21 And this commandment we have from
Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.” 1 John 4:20-21
