Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter42: “Jacob sends ten sons to buy corn. (1-6) Joseph's treatment of his brethren. (7-20) Their remorse, Simeon detained.(21-24)The rest return with corn. (25-28) Jacob refuses to send Benjamin to Egypt. (29-38) “ - Matthew Henry Concise As we continue our Feast in Genesis 42, we know they lied about Joseph (see Genesis 37:32-33) to their father. Now when they need their father to trust them, their original lie bites back; “38 But he said, “My son shall not go down with you, for his brother is dead, and he is left alone. If any calamity should befall him along the way in which you go, then you would bring down my gray hair with sorrow to the grave.”” Genesis 42:38 NKJV. If people stopped to think about (see John 3:16) what Jesus had to pay for our sins; they wouldn't tell one little lie. God's Word tells us what sin brings to men; “23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.“ Romans 6:23 NKJV. Jesus Made every saint an ambassador for salvation in the name of Jesus; “19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,” Matthew 28:19 NKJV. The bottom line is share the love and the son of God whatever you're doing! It really is not about religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter 41; “Pharaoh's dreams.(1-8)Joseph interprets Pharaoh's dreams.(9-32)Joseph's counsel, He is highly advanced.(33-45)Joseph's children, The beginning of the famine.(46-57)“ - Matthew Henry Concise As we continue our Feast in Genesis 41, we see that God remembers Joseph whom he continues to bless in prison. God uses the Pharaoh's chief cup bearer to bring Joseph out of prison. “11 we each had a dream in one night, he and I. Each of us dreamed according to the interpretation of his own dream. 12 Now there was a young Hebrew man with us there, a servant of the captain of the guard. And we told him, and he interpreted our dreams for us; to each man he interpreted according to his own dream.” Genesis 41:11-12 NKJV. This same God full of grace sent his son (see John 3:16) Jesus to pay for our sins. Jesus gave us the Word so we could hear. “1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.“ John 3:16 NKJV. Jesus our friend sent the Holy Spirit so we could understand; “26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” John 14:26 NKJV. I am writing this to remind everyone who reads it that there is no way to be saved other than Jesus! “6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 NKJV. Jesus made (see Matthew 28:19) every saint saved a fisher of men! And that is how God Tells Everyone! Do you hear Jesus calling to you? Are you ready to trust God? If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation! Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute. He wants you to come just as you are! Will you answer Him today? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?
