Today's Feast
How To Succeed!
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“13
As a father pities his children, So the Lord pities those who fear
Him.”
Psalm
103:13
New
King James Version (NKJV).
Dear Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in
Numbers Chapter
14;
“The
people murmur at the account of the spies. (1-4)
Joshua and Caleb labour to still the people. (5-10)
The Divine threatenings, The intercession of Moses. (11-19)
The murmurers forbidden to enter the promised land. (20-35)
Death of the evil spies. (36-39)
Defeat of the people, who now would invade the land. (40-45)”
-
Matthew
Henry Concise.
Our
awesome God provided for all of His people as they followed him in
the wilderness. And
in turn they gave Moses a false report about the land they spied
out. Now they are warned not to go forth to
conquer because now God is not with them, because of their lies
and grumbling; “42
Do not go up, lest you be defeated by your enemies, for the Lord
is not among you. 43 For the Amalekites and the Canaanites are
there before you, and you shall fall by the sword; because you
have turned away from the Lord, the Lord will not be with you."”
Numbers
14:42-43
NKJV. They
ignored
God and went
forth anyway; probably reasoning that God was a good God. They
thought
being a good God would not let
them be
defeated. However
because
God
is
good and always
true to His Word they
got stomped;
“45
Then the Amalekites and the Canaanites who dwelt in that mountain
came down and attacked them, and drove them back as far as
Hormah.”
Numbers
14:45
NKJV. Saint
pay attention God is fair and He will give you your just reward;
even
if
you constantly grumble about the government, your job, your
spouse, etc. God will not honor your prayers if you spend your
time scoffing and complaining instead of bringing your concerns to
Him in prayers and thanksgiving. God's Word tells us how to be
successful in every area of our lives. “29
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly
in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is
easy and My burden is light."“
Matthew
11:29-30
NKJV. See the
Lord is not slack concerning His promises!
Do
you think the country is falling apart? God tells us what to do
if we want our country to return to its former glory; “14
if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and
pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I
will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their
land.”
2
Chronicles 7:14
NKJV. God is not willing for anyone to perish in sin; “9
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count
slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any
should perish but that all should come to repentance.”
2
Peter 3:9
NKJV. In
every instance of our walk with Jesus God's Word tells us (Acts
20:35)
how to succeed; “28
And we know that all things work together for good to those who
love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Romans
8:28
NKJV. I
send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. If I’m
mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on
the prayer list http://www.admenu.com/prayer.html
. please write mike@admenu.com.
If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast Monday.
Is
Jesus knocking at your door? Are you ready to answer God’s call?
Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a
relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the
Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin,
when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint;
“36
"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels
of heaven, but My Father only.”
Matthew
24:36
NKJV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do
not wait while you try to change anything. If the answer is yes
to any of these questions please click the following link;

It Causes Me Some Distress!
Today's FeastJune 15, 2015 – Numbers 13It Causes Me Some Distress!
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about

Word in approximately three years.
“24
The father of the righteous will greatly rejoice, And he who
begets a wise child will delight in him.”
Proverbs
23:24
New
King James Version (NKJV).
Dear Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in
Numbers Chapter
13;
“Twelve
men sent to search the land of Canaan, Their instructions. (1-20)
Their proceedings. (21-25)
Their account of the land. (26-33)"
-
Matthew
Henry Concise.
Today’s
Feast causes me some distress. God had Moses send men ahead of his
people to spy out the land that God was delivering into their
hand. They came back with this report; “30
Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, "Let us
go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to
overcome it." 31 But the men who had gone up with him said,
"We are not able to go up against the people, for they are
stronger than we." 32 And they gave the children of Israel a
bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, "The
land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours
its inhabitants, and all the people whom we saw in it are men of
great stature. 33 There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak
came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own
sight, and so we were in their sight."”
Numbers
13:30-33,
NKJV. Why was the report mixed? Were they lying to Moses? What was
the cost to the people of God? Jesus sends out the disciples and
all that accept him with a job. “16
Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain
which Jesus had appointed for them. 17 When they saw Him, they
worshiped Him; but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and spoke to
them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven
and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son
and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things
that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to
the end of the age." Amen.”
Matthew
28:16-20
NKJV. These instructions were for all who believed until the end
of the age. What happens if we make excuses about why we can’t
share God’s gift? What if we don’t have confidence in Jesus?
Let us keep salvation through the blood of the Lamb as issue
number one. We are supposed to share God’s love with every
nation and every person. “14
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask
anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know
that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the
petitions that we have asked of Him.”
1
John 5:14-15
NKJV. I think that this settles it, keep the faith! “12
rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly
in prayer;”
Romans
12:12
NKJV. And that relieves me
of
my
distress!
I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me.
If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast tomorrow.
