Today's Feast
Our
God Is Awesome!
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. W e will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“18
You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of
your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I
am the Lord.”
Leviticus
19:18,
English
Standard Version (ESV).
Dear Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue
the Feast by reading Deuteronomy Chapter
32;
“The
song of Moses. (1,2)
The character of God, The character of Israel. (3-6)
The great things God had done for Israel. (7-14)
The wickedness of Israel. (19-25)
The judgments which would come upon them for their sins. (15-18)
Deserved vengeance withheld. (26-38)
God's deliverance for his people. (39-43)
The exhortation with which the song was delivered. (44-47)
Moses to go up mount Nebo to die. (48-52)"
-
Matthew
Henry Concise.
This
is Moses’ swan song, his farewell to God’s people. As he
prepares to leave he tells about the greatness of God. “3
For I will proclaim the name of the Lord;
ascribe
greatness to our God!
4
“The Rock, his work is perfect,
for
all his ways are justice.
A
God of faithfulness and without iniquity,
just
and upright is he.”
Deuteronomy
32:3-4,
ESV. What attributes do we ascribe to our Lord? Has God changed in
any way? Our God is awesome and great, we praise Him. “3
And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song
of the Lamb, saying,
“Great
and amazing are your deeds,
O
Lord God the Almighty!
Just
and true are your ways,
O
King of the nations!
4
Who will not fear, O Lord,
and
glorify your name?
For
you alone are holy.
All
nations will come
and
worship you,
for
your righteous acts have been revealed.””
Revelation
15:3-4,
ESV. We are thankful for our salvation, His love and all He has
done for us. “25
For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses
his life for my sake will find it.”
Matthew
16:25,
ESV. Our
God is awesome!
I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. If the Lord
Is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.
Let's
not get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship.
Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that
Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we
repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But
concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of
heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Matthew
24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do
not wait while you try to change anything; admenu.com/calling.html

Bless You,

continue
the Feast by reading Deuteronomy Chapter
31;
“Moses
encourages the people, and Joshua. (1-8)
The law to be read every seventh year. (9-13)
The Israelites' apostacy foretold, A song given to be witness
against them. (14-22)
The law delivered to the Levites. (22-30)"
-
Matthew
Henry Concise.
This
is an interesting chapter in that God speaks of His people turning
from Him. I however, prefer to dwell on a promise found in this
chapter. “7
Then Moses summoned Joshua and said to him in the sight of all
Israel, “Be strong and courageous, for you shall go with this
people into the land that the Lord has sworn to their fathers to
give them, and you shall put them in possession of it. 8 It is the
Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave
you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.””
Deuteronomy
31:7-8,
ESV. Here we see God giving his Word to Joshua and His people.
What about us what does God promise us in the New Testament. “17
even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because
it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells
with you and18
You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of
your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I
am the Lord.
will be in you. 18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will
come to you. 19 Yet a little while and the world will see me no
more, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.”
John
14:17-19,
ESV. Here it is again, God is awesome he never changes. He
promises he will never leave us. He says that we
live because He lives.
Let me say this saints, it doesn’t get better than this! “18
You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of
your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I
am the Lord.”
Leviticus
19:18,
ESV. It looks like God wants us to learn from his Word and
do as He does.
