Today’s FeastOct. 26, 2015 – John 7We Saints Believe!
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“16
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching,
for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17
that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good
work."
2
Timothy 3:16-17,
English Standard Version (ESV).
Dear
Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in John
Chapter
7;
“Christ
goes to the feast of tabernacles. (1-13)
His discourse at the feast. (14-39)
The people dispute concerning Christ. (40-53)”
- Matthew
Henry Concise.
Jesus
took his message on the road. Not even his brothers would believe
him. “1
After
this Jesus went about in Galilee. He would not go about in Judea,
because the Jews were seeking to kill him. 2 Now the Jews' Feast
of Booths was at hand. 3 So his brothers said to him, “Leave
here and go to Judea, that your disciples also may see the works
you are doing. 4 For no one works in secret if he seeks to be
known openly. If you do these things, show yourself to the world.”
5 For not even his brothers believed in him.”
John
7:1-5,
ESV.
Do you know Jesus? Does Jesus know you? Do you believe Jesus?
There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved! “8
Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love,
a tender heart, and a humble mind.”
1
Peter
3:8,
ESV.
Let’s
keep the first thing first! That is salvation through the blood of
the lamb, Jesus.
Don’t
get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our
salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus
sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and
accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the
angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Matthew
24:36,
ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not
wait while you try to change anything. Click this link for more

What Kind Of Love Is This?
Today’s FeastOct. 25, 2015 – John 6What Kind Of Love Is This?
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“2
My help comes from the Lord,
Dear
Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in John
Chapter
6;
“Five
thousand miraculously fed. (1-14)
Jesus walks on the sea. (15-21)
He directs to spiritual food. (22-27)
His discourse with the multitude. (28-65)
Many of disciples go back. (66-71)”
- Matthew
Henry Concise.
Jesus
tells us he is the bread of life. He not only sets us free from
sin, Jesus says we will never want for food or drink. If we accept
him he will in no way cast us out. “35
Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me
shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.
36 But I said to you that you have seen me and yet do not believe.
37 All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes
to me I will never cast out. 38 For I have come down from heaven,
not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me. 39 And this
is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all
that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day. 40 For this
is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and
believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up
on the last day.””
John
6:35-40,
ESV. We know that Jesus'
sacrifice for the sins of man was a gift from God the Father. Can
you imagine this, God is willing to give his only begotten son to
die for sinners a sacrifice bringing eternal life. What kind of
love is this, he does all the sacrifices and we reap the benefits.
“16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that
whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the
world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not
believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the
name of the only Son of God. 19 And this is the judgment: the
light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness
rather than the light because their works were evil. 20 For
everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come
to the light, lest his works should be exposed. 21 But whoever
does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly
seen that his works have been carried out in God.””
John
3:16-21,
ESV. Listen
Saints
put your thinking hats
on! We are giving up a life in sin, that we couldn’t keep under
any circumstances. And we are receiving life more abundantly that
we can’t loose. “9
I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will
go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief comes only to steal
and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it
abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down
his life for the sheep.”
John
10:9-11,
ESV. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved!
“4
Rejoice
in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.”
Philippians
4:4,
ESV. Can you think of any reason whatsoever not to rejoice in our
awesome Lord? Keep on keeping the first thing first! That is
salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus.
Don’t

Do We Carry His Light?
Today’s FeastOct. 24, 2015 – John 5Do We Carry His Light?
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“10
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,
Dear
Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in John
Chapter
5;
“The
cure at the pool of Bethesda. (1-9)
The Jews' displeasure. (10-16)
Christ reproves the Jews. (17-23)
Christ's discourse. John
5:24-47”
- Matthew
Henry Concise.
Who
is this Jesus that we should worship him? He said it himself he is
worthy of our praise, because he is equal with God. “18
This was why the Jews were seeking all the more to kill him,
because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even
calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.”
John
5:18,
ESV. We believe that Jesus lived a perfect life. This is why he
alone could pay for the sins of all mankind. When you look at any
sinner remember God is not willing that any should perish.
Remember we were saved not because of anything we did for we were
all dead in sin. Now that we have salvation we don’t need to
point out peoples sin, rather we point out the love of God. “21
For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the
Son gives life to whom he will. 22 The Father judges no one, but
has given all judgment to the Son, 23 that all may honor the Son,
just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does
not honor the Father who sent him. 24 Truly, truly, I say to you,
whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal
life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to
life.”
John
5:21-24,
ESV. Just as God loves us and delivers us from slavery in sin to
freedom in Christ Jesus, we are to carry his message to the world.
We know how much God loves every single person, no matter what
their station in life, in the world.
John
3:16-21,
ESV. We carry the light into a dark world. It is our job to
testify to a lost world, the love of God. When you feel
overwhelmed turn to our God. He will show you what to do, how, to
testify and what to say. “1
I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? 2 My
help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.”
Psalm
121:1-2,
ESV.
We
are carrying his light keeping the first thing first! That is
salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus.
Don’t
