Hear This Warning Against Adultery!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in the book of Proverbs  Chapter 5.

Proverbs 5 warns us against the sin of adultery and the damage it can do to a family.  We are to cling to our own spouse.   “22 His own iniquities entrap the wicked man, And he is caught in the cords of his sin. 23 He shall die for lack of instruction, And in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.” Proverbs 5:22-23 New King James Version (NKJV).    The world may tell us that what we do when out of town stays out of town.  God’s Word reminds us that when we sin we bring death into our relationship and life (see Matthew 5:27-29)!  Sin is to our soul as cancer is to our body (see Romans 6:23).  Living for Jesus will bring us life a more abundant life. “11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,,” Titus 2:11-12  NKJV. The gift of God brings us eternal life in the name of Jesus (see Ephesians 3:19-21).  Jesus is the only Way in; “9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. 11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.” John 10:9-11 NKJV. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Is Jesus calling you?  Do you want the abundant life?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions, please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.html.

Today’s Verse; “38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39  NKJV.

Being Aware is Not Judging!

The Best of the Feast

Feb 17, 2017 – Proverbs 4
Being Aware is Not Judging!
Do not enter the path of the wicked, and do not associate ourselves with evil doers.

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in the book of Proverbs  Chapter 4

Proverbs 4 prompts us to be seeking wisdom and separate ourselves from sinful people.  We are to trust God with all our heart and stay separate from the world. Seek faith and practice holiness.  “26 Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established.
27 Do not turn to the right or the left; Remove your foot from evil.” Proverbs 4:26-27 New King James Version (NKJV).  ?”  The question is do we separate ourselves from wicked people?  The answer is absolutely (see Proverbs 4:14-15)!  When this question is posed to a Christian  concerning evil doers Jesus said that believers should Watch and beware (see Matthew 16:6). Being aware of evil does not equate to judging evil doers. “14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people."” 2 Corinthians 6:14-16 NKJV.  Don’t be fooled into condoning sin or the sinner!  Jesus knows your heart and those who condone sinners are lost along with the sinners (see Romans 1:32).  Be aware of the actions and evidence of sin in those you encounter. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Can you hear Jesus calling you?   Do you want God to set you free?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace, and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.html.

Today’s Verse; “35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written: "For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:35-37  NKJV.

Stay Ready!

The Best of the Feast

Feb 16, 2017 – Proverbs 3
Stay Ready!
Will you  understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,
We prayerfully continue our Feast in the book of Proverbs  Chapter 3

Proverbs 3 reminds us to be obedient to God and our faith.  We are to trust God with all our heart and stay separate from the world. It tells us how to get wisdom and how to be guided by it. “34 Surely He scorns the scornful, But gives grace to the humble. 35 The wise shall inherit glory, But shame shall be the legacy of fools.” Proverbs 3:34-35 New King James Version (NKJV).  The lessons from Proverbs should be written on our hearts.  We need at all times to be ready for the return of Jesus (see 2 Peter 3:10). Jesus said that none of us will know the exact day and time Jesus will com but we know the season of His return (see Revelation 16:15) the season is on us so be strong and stay ready. “17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17  NKJV. Don’t be thinking that the coming of Jesus will be delayed (see Matthew 22) again I say to you “Be Ready!”  do not be caught off guard.

What’s The Value of Wisdom?

The Best of the Feast

Feb 15, 2017 – Proverbs 2
What’s The Value of Wisdom?
Will you  understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,
Today we thank God for the blessings of 2013 and look forward to serving Jesus in the New Year!  We prayerfully continue our Feast in the book of Proverbs Chapter 2

Proverbs 2 Points out the values and promises awaiting the believer who seeks wisdom.  “21 For the upright will dwell in the land, And the blameless will remain in it; 22 But the wicked will be cut off from the earth, And the unfaithful will be uprooted from it” Proverbs 2:21-22 New King James Version (NKJV).  We should prefer the wisdom, understanding and fear of God over Gold and Silver (see Proverbs 2:4-5).  Jesus said; “3 Go your way; behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves.”  Luke 10:3 NKJV. Therefor we must seek the wisdom of God to accomplish our mission for Jesus.  God’s Word tells us how to prepare for spiritual warfare (see Ephesians 6:10-18). “18 "Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.
” Isaiah 43:18-19  NKJV. Let’s join Jesus in bringing forth this new thing.  Jesus has a purpose for you; seek God’s wisdom and Jesus’ righteousness (see Matthew 6:33). The Holy Spirit will give you what you need when you need it (see John 14:26).  Ask God for wisdom; it comes with purpose and promise (see James 3:17).

Today’s Verse; “10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:10  NKJV.

The Beginning Of Knowledge?

The Best of the Feast

Feb 14, 2017 – Proverbs 1
The Beginning Of Knowledge?

Proverbs an overview; “The subject of this book may be thus stated by an enlargement on the opening verses. 1. The Proverbs of Solomon, the son of David, king of Israel. 2. Which treat of the knowledge of wisdom, of piety towards God, of instruction and moral discipline, of the understanding wise and prudent counsels. 3. Which treat of the attainment of instruction in wisdom, which wisdom is to be shown in the conduct of life, and consists in righteousness with regard to our fellow-creatures. 4. Which treat of the giving to the simple sagacity to discover what is right, by supplying them with just principles, and correct views of virtue and vice; and to the young man knowledge, so that he need not err through ignorance; and discretion, so that by pondering well these precepts, he may not err through obstinacy. Take the proverbs of other nations, and we shall find great numbers founded upon selfishness, cunning, pride, injustice, national contempt, and animosities. The principles of the Proverbs of Solomon are piety, charity, justice, benevolence, and true prudence. Their universal purity proves that they are the word of God.” –  Matthew Henry Commentary on the Whole Bible (Concise)

Please join with us praying and reading God’s Word daily,

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in the book of Proverbs  Chapter 1

The proverbs of Solomon, begins by pointing out the wisdom of fearing God. Avoid the temptations of sinners because sin takes away the life of the trespasser.   Wisdom cries out a warning against scoffers and the fools dislike of knowledge.  “32 For the turning away of the simple will slay them, And the complacency of fools will destroy them; 33 But whoever listens to me will dwell safely, And will be secure, without fear of evil."” Proverbs 1:32-33 New King James Version (NKJV).  Proverbs shouts out the wisdom in aligning our life with God’s precious gift of salvation (see John 3:16-18).  In Jesus, we will find comfort and rest.  “33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”” John 16:33 NKJV.  Today is the day of salvation there is still work to be done.  Every attempt we make to share the love of God has the potential to bring joy to the angels in heaven (see Luke 15:10)!  The potential for bringing new believers to join in the harvest.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge! Hallelujah!  If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.
