THE FEAST

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our feast in Genesis 23.  Did you have a joyful weekend?  Think before you answer there is a big difference between Joy and happiness. Weekend feast in Genesis 20 - 22

 

THE FEAST

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our feast in Genesis 20 - 22.  I pray that our Lord will comfort and bring us joy as we feast this weekend.  Hey I’m reading every word in the bible along with others.  If you’d like to join us email mlitew8@yahoo.com .  Please share our Feast in doing so you may be leading someone to Jesus. "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,” (Matthew 28:19).  Remember faith comes from hearing the Word of God;  “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him”( Hebrews 11:6)Lord willing I’ll send the feast again Monday.

Friday, October 24, 2008, Genesis 20 - Abraham's sojourn at Gerar, Sarah is taken by Abimelech. (1-8) Abimelech's rebuke to Abraham. (9-13) Abimelech restores Sarah. (14-18).  

Saturday, October 25, 2008, Genesis 21 - Birth of Isaac, Sarah's joy. (1-8) Ishmael mocks Isaac. (9-13) Hagar and Ishmael are cast forth, They are relieved and comforted by an angel. (14-21) Abimelech's covenant with Abraham. (22-34).  

Sunday, October 26, 2008, Genesis 22 - God commands Abraham to offer up Isaac. (1,2) Abraham's faith and obedience to the Divine command. (3-10) Another sacrifice is provided instead of Isaac. (11-14) The covenant with Abraham renewed. (15-19) The family of Nahor. (20-24).

THE FEAST

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our feast in Genesis 19. Did you enjoy yesterday’s Feast?  I know I did, I never get tired of God’s Word, God did listen to Abraham and thus Lot was spared. "Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.” (Psalm 143:8).  Lord willing I’ll send the feast again tomorrow.

“Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”- Galatians 6:2

Let's Make a deal

THE FEAST

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our feast in Genesis 18.  I pray you all have a good day and that you let God do his will in your life.  After  today’s feast you will have viewed the first and longest remembered episode of, (intercession for Sodom) “Let’s Make A Deal”. THE FEAST

Just look at what we are feasting on; “When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, "I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless.’” (Genesis 17:1).  Now I don’t feel so old, do you? Every time I read a Psalm the music starts in my head. “Sing to the LORD, bless His name; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.” (Psalm 96:2). Do you find this to be true with you?
