Thursday, December 11, 2008, Matthew 18 - The importance of humility


Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew 18.  Lord we thank you Jesus for you love and grace.  We ask you to give us the strength to gracefully, share your love with those you put in our path today and always.    “Should you not also have had compassion on your fellow servant, just as I had pity on you?”  (Matthew 18:33).  We really are doing His will when we gracefully imitate Jesus.   I am extremely glad that http://www.forthecross.com/ is back on line.  I have taken the link to the forums at admenu.com and changed them to forthecross.com.  You can contact me at mlitew8@yahoo.com. Dear Saints,

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew 16.  Another day in which we may serve our Lord and Savior Jesus.  “Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”  (Romans 5:5).  There truly is one Lord and one way we are saved by relationship not religion.

(13-20) Christ foretells his sufferings, and rebukes Peter. (21-23) The necessity of self-denial. (24-28).

Today we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew 15.  I pray you had a blessed weekend.  Thank you for sharing God’s love and grace wherever you go and whatever you do.  “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.”  (Galatians 5:22-23).  There truly is one Lord and one way we are saved by relationship not religion.

This weekend Feast Matthew 12, Matthew 13 and Matthew 14


Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully continue our feast in Matthew 12, Matthew 13 and Matthew 14 for Saturday and Sunday respectively. I want to share a praise report or two. First one of our Saints who is anonymous on our prayer list has had all her rights as a citizen of the United States restored. " I will sing of the Lord's great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.” (Psalm 89:1). (31-35) The parables of the hidden treasure, the pearl of great price, the net cast into the sea, and the householder. (44-52) Jesus is again rejected at Nazareth. (53-58).
Sunday, December 7, 2008, Matthew 14 - Death of John the Baptist. (1-12) Five thousand people miraculously fed. (13-21) Jesus walks upon the sea. (22-33) Jesus healing the sick. (34-36).
