Be Truly Happy For Others?

July 24, 2013 – Job 33
Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 33. Elihu endeavors to reveal his thoughts with Job. Elihu feels that Job is trying to explain how God should act. It is God who calls us to turn from sin. At times God sends trials for the good of men. “…31 Pay attention, O Job, listen to me;
be silent, and I will speak.
32 If you have any words, answer me;
speak, for I desire to justify you.
33 If not, listen to me;
be silent, and I will teach you wisdom.

It is a hard thing to be happy for others and content with God’s provisions if your heart is not right. “10 I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at length you have revived your concern for me. You were indeed concerned for me, but you had no opportunity. 11 Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. 12 I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. Philippians 4:10-12 ESV.

That’s Jesus you hear calling! Saying; “sinner com home!” He won’t call forever, now is the time to answer his call. Do you want to choose good over evil? If the answer is yes please click the following link;

Today's Feast!

July 23, 2013 – Job 32

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 32. Elihu Job is self righteous and his friends say he has done wrong. However they can't say what it is Job did wrong. Elihu criticizes them. He speaks about their situations saying they ignore God's righteousness.
20 I must speak, that I may find relief;
I must open my lips and answer.
21 I will not show partiality to any man
or use flattery toward any person.
22 For I do not know how to flatter,
else my Maker would soon take me away. Job 32:20-22 English Standard Version (ESV).

For God So Loved the everyone; “16 “For God so loved the world,[a] that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”“ John 3:16 ESV.

Care Enough To Pray!

Care Enough To Pray!

July 22, 2013 – Job 31

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 31.  Job replies to the charge of hypocrisy and affirms his respectability. Job has been faithful in sexuality and says he shouldn’t endure the wrath of God.  He denies selfishness in regard to the needs of those less fortunate.   Job feels he is not guilty of idolatry or self-indulgence. He proclaims his innocence  in regards to double standards and violence;
38 “If my land has cried out against me
    and its furrows have wept together,
39 if I have eaten its yield without payment
    and made its owners breathe their last,
40 let thorns grow instead of wheat,
    and foul weeds instead of barley.” Job 31:38-40 English Standard Version (ESV).
Today we have read that Job feels he is upright, and living a godly life. Yet God is allowing him to be tested.  When we are tested by the enemy we must remember who it is that tempts us.  Also remember this God tells us how to endure the wiles of the enemy.  “12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.Ephesians 6:12-14 ESV. When you see a person going through trials try asking them if you can pray for them.  You’ll be amazed how grateful people can be because you care enough to pray for them.  If they reveal that they are a Christian pray for their needs with them.  Then remind them how Jesus prepares believers (Ephesians 6) to stand against the enemy.  If they don’t reveal that they have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, pray for their needs as well as their salvation.  Remember to be a soldier serving Jesus in all that you say and do.

Do you hear him calling?  Sinner com home? He won’t call forever, now is the time to answer his call.  Do you want to choose good over evil?  If the answer is yes please click the following link;
