Wise
Actions May Lead To?
For we also have had the gospel preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith.” Hebrews 4:2Proverbs 26, Verse 1. “Honour is out of season to those unworthy and unfit for it.” Verse 26. “There are two sorts of lies equally detestable. A slandering lie, the mischief of this every body sees. A flattering lie, which secretly works ruin. A wise man will be more afraid of a flatterer than of a slanderer.” - Matthew Henry Concise
Dear
Saints,
In today’s Feast we are examining
the consequences of foolish behavior.
“27
Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and a stone will come back on him who
starts it rolling. 28
A lying tongue hates its victims,
and
a flattering mouth works ruin.” Proverbs 26:27-28
(English
Standard Version) ESV. Gospel is true and faithful in describing the
consequences or rewards for any action (see
Romans 6:23) people may take. The
conditipn of the foundation we build our faith on (see
Matthew 7:24-27) will determine our success or failure. “6
Brothers,
if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore
him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be
tempted.” Galatians 6:1 ESV. It is easy to get caught up in the “glory” of
our sinful past or “the good old days” (see James 1:13-18) It is
wiser and more pleasurable to give glory to God (See Romans
8:38-39) who gives us a new life. By giving all glory to Jesus you may lead a
soul to accept Jesus and therefore salvation.
Listen! Can you hear
Jesus calling you? Are you tempted to
answer the call? Do you want to find
true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?

2014 – Proverbs 25
What
Makes Sense Of The Word?
““You shall
therefore love the Lord your God and keep his charge, his statutes, his rules,
and his commandments always.” Deuteronomy
11:1-3
Proverbs
25 Verses 1-3. “God needs not search into any thing;
nothing can be hid from him. But it is the honour of rulers to search out
matters,” Verse 28. “The man who has
no command over his anger, is easily robbed of peace. Let us give up ourselves
to the Lord, and pray him to put his Spirit within us, and cause us to walk in
his statutes.” - Matthew Henry
Concise
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully
continue our Feast reading more proverbs of king Solomon who petitioned God for
wisdom Chapter 25.
In today’s Feast we read proverbs of
Solomon which the men of Hezekiah king of Judah had copied. “27 It is not good to eat much honey, nor is it glorious to seek
one's own glory. 28 A man without
self-control is like a city broken into and left without
walls.” Proverbs 25:13-14 (English
Standard Version) ESV. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of
wisdom (see
Proverbs 9:10). It
is wise to commit the proverbs to our heart (see
Deuteronomy 13:3). The Holy Spirit can
bring them to our mind when we need them. “5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives
generously to all without reproach, and it will be given
him.” James 1:5 ESV. Then if we seek the kingdom of God first
(see Matthew 6:33) all of
our earthly needs will be met. The Holy
Spirit will make sense of God’s Word (see John14:26) as we have
need of it.
Is Jesus calling
you? Do you feel him inviting you? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and
purpose in your life? If the answer is

Who Does The Wise Person Turn To?

Jan. 22, 2014 – Proverbs 24
Who Does The Wise Person Turn To?
“Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Matthew 6:34
Proverbs 24 “Verses 1-2 Envy not sinners. And let not a desire ever come into thy mind, Oh that I could shake off restraints!” Verse 34... “Every vile affection grows in men’s hearts; yet they compose themselves to sleep. Let us show wisdom by doubling our diligence in every good thing.” - Matthew Henry Concise
Dear Saints,
Today’s Feast is speaking about of the Wise verses the Evil men. “21 My son, fear the Lord and the king, and do not join with those who do otherwise, 22 for disaster will arise suddenly from them, and who knows the ruin that will come from them both?” Proverbs 24:13-14 (English Standard Version) ESV. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (see Proverbs 9:10) and God chooses the leaders that govern us (see Psalm 75:6-7) even in a democracy. That is not to say don’t vote or exercise your rights as a citizen (see Acts 22:29 ) we know persons in position are reticent to deny or they respect the rights of citizens. “7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8 ESV. Wise and powerful persons turn to God (seeProverbs 18:10), and seek Jesus (see Matthew 6:32-34) for all their needs. The wise person will always turn to God and trust in the name of Jesus.
Can you hear Jesus calling you? Do you want a plentiful life? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life? If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

“7 Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.” James 1:2-3 ESV.
