“5 You have rebuked the nations; you have made the
wicked perish;” Psalm
9:5
Isaiah
Chapter 17,
“Syria and Israel threatened. (1-11) The woe of
Israel's enemies. (12-14)” -
Matthew Henry Concise
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading
Isaiah
Chapter 17. Because Damascus won’t
cease rebelling against God (see Jeremiah 49:23-27) she
will be destroyed. The enemies of God’s people (see
Psalm 83:13) will be carried away like chaff before the wind.
“14 At evening time, behold, terror! Before morning, they are no more! This is the
portion of those who loot us, and the lot of those who plunder
us.”” Isaiah 17:14 English Standard Versions (ESV). God
rebuked the terror of the enemies (see
Joel
3:2) of His people. “let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel
that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God
raised from the dead—by him this man is standing before you well. And there is
salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among
men by which we must be saved.””
Acts 4:10,12 ESV. Every person God calls
(see Acts
3:6) receives more than they give up by following Jesus. Whatever we gave up to follow Jesus (see
Mark 8:36) was not worth what we gained.
Can
you feel Jesus calling you? Do you still
hear (see Romans 1:24-25) him calling? Do you want
to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life? If the answer is yes to any of these
questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm
The Feast does belong to
Jesus! It is intended to encourage Saints to pray and read every word in the
bible! Let me know if you have any

Is It
Enough To Submit To God?

“The hope of the righteous brings joy, but the
expectation of the wicked will perish.” Proverbs
10:28
Isaiah
Chapter 16,
“Moab is exhorted to yield obedience. (1-5) The pride and the
judgments of Moab. (6-14)” -
Matthew Henry Concise
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading
Isaiah
Chapter 16. Moab is being warned to stop sinning submit to God and by His
righteousness, (see Daniel 7:27) God will
forgive your sin. Those who won’t be counselled by
God’s Word (see Zephaniah 2:10) can’t
be saved. “13 This is
the word that the Lord spoke concerning Moab in the past. 14 But now the Lord
has spoken, saying, “In three years, like the years of a hired worker, the glory
of Moab will be brought into contempt, in spite of all his great multitude, and
those who remain will be very few and feeble.’” Isaiah 16:13-14 English Standard Versions (ESV). God
sent Jesus to redeem those lost in their own sin (see
John
3:16) to demonstrate His love for all people.
“For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your
faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control,
and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and
godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if
these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being
ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord
Jesus” 2 Peter
1:5-8 ESV. We cannot coerce people
to accept Jesus. What does God really
expect from (see
Psalm
33:1) His Saints. If God just wanted obedience he could have
just created robots! God sent Jesus to
redeem us because He wants us to love Him (Father, Son and Holy Ghost) with our
(see Psalm 33:18) whole
being.
Is Jesus

An Oracle
Concerning Ungodly People
Share the
Feast in God’s Word; join us as we share God’s Word daily as Easter, Sunday

Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading
Isaiah
Chapter 14. When Ungodly men, in trouble, they can find no comfort.
Seldom do they call out to our forgiving God with sincere repentance and
believing prayer. “9
For the waters of Dibon are full of blood; for I will bring upon Dibon even
more, a lion for those of Moab who escape, for the remnant of the
land.“
Isaiah
14:22-23 English Standard Versions (ESV). As
for those who seek out Jesus they will find true freedom and be comforted (see
Acts 9:31) by the Holy Spirit.
“And we know that for those who love God all things work
together for good, for those who are called according to his
purpose.”
Romans 8:28 ESV. We who have had our sin forgive must become
ambassadors (see 2
Corinthians 5:20) sharing the love and peace of our God with all people. Once again we are reminded of our calling;
“We are called to share (see
Matthew 28:18-20) the good news so that any person who
wants to can accept Jesus, repent and join the family of God.” -
The Feast on; Mar. 12, 2014 – Isaiah

The Restoration Of God’s Peopl

“5 And of Zion it shall be said, “This one and that one
were born in her”; for the Most High himself will establish her.”
Psalm
87:5
Isaiah
Chapter 14, “The destruction of Babylon, and the death of its proud
monarch. (1-23) Assurance of the destruction of Assyria. (24-27) The destruction
of the Philistines. (28-32)” -
Matthew Henry Concise
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading
Isaiah
Chapter 14. God’s whole plan for (see
2 Chronicles 36:22-23) those who love and yield to Him. What those who persecute God's people can
(see
Isaiah 37:36) expect. Assurance of the obliteration of the Philistines by
famine and war (see
Isaiah 28:16) is given by God. “22 “I will rise up against them,” declares the Lord of hosts,
“and will cut off from Babylon name and remnant, descendants and posterity,”
declares the Lord. 23 “And I will make it a possession of the hedgehog, and
pools of water, and I will sweep it with the broom of destruction,” declares the
Lord of hosts.“
Isaiah
14:22-23
English Standard Versions (ESV). God
promises those that love him and are called according to His purpose
(see Romans 8:28) will
be successful in what they do. “by which he has granted to us his
precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers
of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world
because of sinful desire.” 2 Peter 1:4
ESV. We weren’t called to judge people but rather
to (see Proverbs
4:14) avoid joining in their sin. That won’t work if discernment is passed off as judgment. We are called to share (see Matthew 28:18-20) the
good news so that any person who wants to can accept Jesus, repent and join the
family of God.
Is Jesus calling you? Do you want the good life? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and
