“17 The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.” Revelation 22:17

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Hebrews Chapter 2; “The duty of stedfastly adhering to Christ and his gospel. (1-4) His sufferings are no objection against his pre-eminence. (5-9) The reason of his sufferings, and the fitness of them. (10-13)Christ's taking the nature of man, and not his taking the nature of angels, was necessary to his priestly office. (14-18)- Matthew Henry Concise.
Hold fast and honor the gift of salvation (see Hebrews 2:1-4) delivered to us by God through the sacrifice of His only son Jesus.  Jesus became a man of flesh who remained sinless and willingly suffered and died (see Hebrews 2:5-9) so that you and I might gain salvation.   In other words Jesus became flesh (see Hebrews 2:10-13) and suffered a violent death to give us victory over death.  Jesus doesn’t die for the angels, (see Hebrews 2:14-18) He died to for us, the seed of Abraham which were lost in our sin.  “17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. 18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.Hebrews 2:17-18 New King James Version (NKJV).  God’s Word is very clear about who and why (see Romans 5:14-16) Jesus the only Son of God came to redeem; “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 NKJV.  Jesus died to pay in full for the sins (see John 3:16) for anyone who will repent and ask Him into their life.

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Hebrews Chapter 1The surpassing dignity of the Son of God in his Divine person, and in his creating and mediatorial work. (1-3) And in his superiority to all the holy angels. (4-14)
Hebrews an overview; This epistle shows Christ as the end, foundation, body, and truth of the figures of the law, which of themselves were no virtue for the soul. The great truth set forth in this epistle is that Jesus of Nazareth is the true God. The unconverted Jews used many arguments to draw their converted brethren from the Christian faith. They represented the law of Moses as superior to the Christian dispensation, and spoke against every thing connected with the Saviour. The apostle, therefore, shows the superiority of Jesus of Nazareth, as the Son of God, and the benefits from his sufferings and death as the sacrifice for sin, so that the Christian religion is much more excellent and perfect than that of Moses. And the principal design seems to be, to bring the converted Hebrews forward in the knowledge of the gospel, and thus to establish them in the Christian faith, and to prevent their turning from it, against which they are earnestly warned. But while it contains many things suitable to the Hebrews of early times, it also contains many which can never cease to interest the church of God; for the knowledge of Jesus Christ is the very marrow and kernel of all the Scriptures. The ceremonial law is full of Christ, and all the gospel is full of Christ; the blessed lines of both Testaments meet in Him; and how they both agree and sweetly unite in Jesus Christ, is the chief object of the epistle to the Hebrews to discover.- Matthew Henry Concise.
Our Lord Jesus is the only son of God (see Hebrews 1:1-2) and there is no other name by which we are saved. “13 And to which of the angels has he ever said, “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet”? 14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to inherit salvation?Hebrews 1:13-14 ESV.  God’s Word is clear and straight forward concerning our relationship (see Romans 10:9-10) with Jesus. Jesus is the only Son of God (read this verse carefully it doesn’t say “a son of God”); “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:1-5  ESV.  Do not be fooled by those (see Galatians 1:7) who would change, question the interpretation, or add too God’s Holy Word.

71 It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees.” Psalm 119:71

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Jeremiah Chapter 52he fate of Zedekiah. (1-11) The destruction of Jerusalem. (12-23) The captivities. (24-30) The advancement of Jehoiachin. (31-34)
Verses 1-11 This fruit of sin we should pray against above any thing; Cast me not away from thy presence, ( Psalms 51:11 ) … Zedekiah's flight was in vain, for there is no escaping the judgments of God; they come upon the sinner, and overtake him, let him flee where he will.
Verses 12-23 The Chaldean army made woful havoc. But nothing is so particularly related here, as the carrying away of the articles in the temple. The remembrance of their beauty and value shows us the more the evil of sin.
Verses 24-30 The leaders of the Jews caused them to err; but now they are, in particular, made monuments of Divine justice... This people often were wonders both of judgment and mercy.
Verses 31-34 ( Kings. 25:27-30 ) Those under oppression will find it is not in vain for them to hope and quietly to wait for the salvation of the Lord… May we be enabled, more and more, to rest on the Rock of Ages, and to look forward with holy faith to that hour, when the Lord will bring again Zion, and overthrow all the enemies of the church.- Matthew Henry Concise.
Our God is faithful to keep those (see Jeremiah 52:31-34) who keep their faith in Him. “33 So Jehoiachin put off his prison garments. And every day of his life he dined regularly at the king's table 34 and for his allowance, a regular allowance was given him by the king, according to his daily needs, until the day of his death, as long as he lived.Jeremiah 52:33-34 ESV.  We don’t need to worry or fret about the world around us if we trust Jesus and love our neighbors; “18 You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord. Leviticus 19:18  ESV.  Jesus has paid the full price (see Hebrews 9:12) to release every person from the bonds of sin.  We are ambassadors (see 2 Corinthians 5:20) carrying the good news to a dying world.

Is Jesus calling you?  Are you ready to be free?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm
