Today’s
Feast
Aug.
25, 2014-Ezekiel 42
One
Key For Salvation
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a
day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three
years. Gods
Not Dead!
Dear
Saints,
Today
we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 42; “- In
this chapter are described the priests' chambers, their use, and the dimensions
of the holy mount on which the temple stood. These chambers were many. Jesus
said, In my Father's house are many mansions: in his house on earth there are
many; multitudes, by faith, are lodging in his sanctuary, and yet there is room.
These chambers, though private, were near the temple. Our religious services in
our chambers, must prepare for public devotions, and further us in improving
them, as our opportunities are.“
- Matthew
Henry Concise.
God
gives Ezekiel the measurements (see Ezekiel
40) of the priest’s chambers.
God instruction for the priests chambers in temple are precise; “20
He measured it on the four sides. It had a wall around it, cubits long and
cubits broad, to make a separation between the holy and the common.”
Ezekiel
42:20,
English Standard Version (ESV). Our God
places high importance on (see Matthew
10:29-30)
precise measurements and details.
Our righteous Lord measures a person’s words along with their heart;
“9
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your
heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the
heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is
saved. ”
Luke
16:15
ESV. Each of us gain a measure of faith
(see Romans
10:17)
through
God’s Word. Through faith in God’s Word
(see Galatians
3:2)
we
receive the Holy Spirit. We are saved by
faith (see Ephesians
2:8-9)
and not by any other means. God’s Holy
laws are like a lock (see
Acts
4:12)
and faith in Jesus is the only key to salvation.
Is
Jesus calling you? Are you ready to hear
God’s plans for you? Do you want to find

Not Dead!
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading
the book of Ezekiel Chapter 41;“-
After the prophet had observed the courts, he was brought to the temple. If
we attend to instructions in the plainer parts of religion, and profit by
them, we shall be led further into an acquaintance with the mysteries of the
kingdom of heaven.“ - Matthew Henry Concise.
God instructs Ezekiel in the restoration (see Ezekiel 40) of the inner temple. God instruction for the inner temple is more elaborate than
the outer temple; “8 And he made the Most
Holy Place. Its length, corresponding to the breadth of the house, was twenty
cubits, and its breadth was twenty cubits. He overlaid it with 600 talents of
fine gold.” 2
Chronicles 3:8, English Standard Version (ESV). When the Lord measures a man he measures
the inner man; “And
he said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God
knows your hearts. For what is exalted among men is an abomination in the
sight of God.” Luke 16:15 ESV. People measure
others by their manners and appearance (see 1
Corinthians 6:20) God measures each person by what’s in their heart. God knows our thoughts and what’s in our
hearts (see Jeremiah
17:10) we will be rewarded accordingly. The only way any person reaches out to God
(see John 14:6) is through
faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
If a person really loves Jesus (see
1 John 4:20)
that very love will be reflected in how the person deals with others.
Is Jesus really calling
you? Do you want to know what Jesus
has in store for you? Do you want to
find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life? If the answer is yes to any of these
questions please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.htm

“But
he was speaking about the temple of his body.” John 2:21
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading
the book of Ezekiel Chapter 40;
“The Vision of the Temple.
- Here is a vision, beginning at ch. 40, and
continued to the end of the book, ch. 48, which is justly looked upon to be
one of the most difficult portions in all the book of God. When we despair to
be satisfied as to any difficulty we meet with, let us bless God that our
salvation does not depend upon it, but that things necessary are plain
enough; and let us wait till God shall reveal even this unto us. This chapter
describes two outward courts of the temple. Whether the personage here
mentioned was the Son of God, or a created angel, is not clear. But Christ is
both our Altar and our Sacrifice, to whom we must look with faith in all
approaches to God; and he is Salvation in the midst of the earth, (Psalms 74:12)
, to be looked unto from all quarters.“ - Matthew Henry Concise.
God shows Ezekiel the restored temple (see Ezekiel 40) in a detailed vision. The Temple in Jerusalem will be completed it’s all part of
God’s detailed plan; “12 Yet God my King is from
of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth. 13 You divided the sea
by your might; you broke the heads of the sea monsters on the
waters. 14 You crushed the heads of Leviathan; you gave him as
food for the creatures of the wilderness. 15 You split open
springs and brooks; you dried up ever-flowing streams. 16 Yours
is the day, yours also the night; you have established the
heavenly lights and the sun. 17 You have fixed all the
boundaries of the earth; you have made summer and winter. ” Psalm
74:12-20 English Standard
Version (ESV). You and I Saints are
the embodiment of God’s Temple; “19 Or do you not know that your body is
a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not
your own” 1 Corinthians 6:19 ESV. We have been
bought with a price (see 1
Corinthians 6:20) to glorify God in our bodies.
And paid for (see Ephesians
2:13) by the blood of Jesus.
Is Jesus calling
you? Do you want to answer Him? Do you want to find true happiness, peace
and purpose in your life? If the
answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.htm

“31 What then shall we
say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He
who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he
not also with him graciously give us all things?” Romans 8:31-32 ESV.
