Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Amos Chapter 6; “The danger of luxury and false security. (1-7) Punishments of sins. (8-14) - Matthew Henry Concise
God is warning those who are comfortable and happy with themselves; (see Amos 6:1-7) those who believe they are entitled and truly believe they are not guilty of sin.   God hates the self-sufficient prideful persons; (see Amos 6:8-14) they refuse to mention God's name, or worship him!  Therefore God will not bless them; “13 you who rejoice in Lo-debar, who say, "Have we not by our own strength captured Karnaim for ourselves?" 14 "For behold, I will raise up against you a nation, O house of Israel," declares the LORD, the God of hosts; "and they shall oppress you from Lebo-hamath to the Brook of the Arabah."Amos 6:13-14 English Standard Versions (ESV).  Those who do not recognize God’s gifts; (see Proverbs 16:18) will meet with destruction; 8 Hear, my son, your father's instruction, and forsake not your mother's teaching, 9 for they are a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck. Proverbs 1:8-9 ESV.  We must love God first and obey our mother and father (see Exodus 20:12) then we will have a long life full of God’s blessings.  Don’t become self-satisfied; center your life on Jesus (see Matthew 6:33) and God will bless you and supply all your needs.
Do your hear Jesus knocking at the door of your heart?  Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute.  He wants you to come just as you are!   Do you hear Jesus calling you?  Will you answer Him today? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.htm

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Amos Chapter 5; “Israel is called to seek the Lord. (1-6) Earnest exhortations to repentance. (7-17) Threatenings respecting idolatries. (18-27) - Matthew Henry Concise
Through the shepherd Amos; God is calling on His chosen People (see Amos 5:1-6) to repent and seek His mercy and live.   God tells them they can turn suffering, affliction and sorrow into prosperity and joy; (see Amos 5:7-17) seek good and not evil, and they can live.  God warns them to flee from their sins; (see Amos 5:18-27) and they can avoid His righteous Judgment; “26 You shall take up Sikkuth your king, and Kiyyun your star-god--your images that you made for yourselves, 27 and I will send you into exile beyond Damascus," says the LORD, whose name is the God of hosts.Amos 5:26-27 English Standard Versions (ESV).  Through Jesus you and I; (see Acts 4:12) can live in the Glory of God’s love; 1 For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation Psalm 62:1 ESV.  If we will love and worship God alone; (see 2 Corinthians 9:8) we will live what some may call; “A Charmed Life.”  Every person that calls on Jesus; (see John 3:16) seeking salvation will have eternal life.
Do you want to trust God? If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation!  Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute.  He wants you to come just as you are!   Do you hear Jesus calling you?  Will you answer Him today? They Didn’t Return to God

They Didn’t Return to God

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.  Gods Not Dead!

“27 The LORD will strike you with the boils of Egypt, and with tumors and scabs and itch, of which you cannot be healed.”  Deuteronomy 28:27
https://admenu.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/image8.png?w=370&h=12

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Amos Chapter 4; “Israel is reproved. (1-5) Their impenitence shown. (6-13)
Verses 1-5 What is got by extortion is commonly used to provide for the flesh, and to fulfil the lusts thereof… Let us see to it that our faith, hope, and worship, are warranted by the Divine word.
Verses 6-13 See the folly of carnal hearts; they wander from one creature to another, seeking for something to satisfy, and labour for that which satisfies not; yet, after all, they will not incline their ear to Him in whom they might find all they can want…. If we would prepare to meet our God with comfort, at the awful period of his coming, we must now meet him in Christ Jesus, the eternal Son of the Father, who came to save lost sinners. We must seek him while he is to be found.” - Matthew Henry Concise
Judgment is pronounced against Israel’s elite, (see Amos 4:1-5) and God taunts them.   Because they love the world and fleshly things more than they love the Lord; (see Amos 4:6-13) God will bring mighty and righteous judgment against His own people; “12 "Therefore thus I will do to you, O Israel; because I will do this to you, prepare to meet your God, O Israel!" 13 For behold, he who forms the mountains and creates the wind, and declares to man what is his thought, who makes the morning darkness, and treads on the heights of the earth-- the LORD, the God of hosts, is his name!Amos 4:12-13  English Standard Versions (ESV).  You and I must live in fear of the Lord; (see Proverbs 1:7) and the comfort of His wisdom and instruction; 20 Listen to advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom in the future. 21 Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the LORD that will stand. Proverbs 19:20-21 ESV.  Remember if we are living in God’s will; (see 2 Corinthians 9:8) everything that concerns us will work out in our favor.  If we never leave Jesus we will never (see Hebrews 13:5) have to return to God.
Are you ready to truly trust God?  Listen!  Can you hear Jesus calling you? Is this is the day of your salvation (see Revelation 3:20) will you answer Him?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.htm
