God or Money?

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Zechariah Chapter 6; “The vision of the chariots. (1-8) Joshua, the high priest, crowned as a type of Christ. (9-15)” - Matthew Henry Concise Four chariots were coming from between two mountains; (see Zechariah 6:1-8) going to patrol the earth.  God saiud they were to take silver and gold from the exiles, make a crown (see Zechariah 6:9-14) the crown will be a memorial in the Lord’s temple; “15 Even those from afar shall come and build the temple of the Lord. Then you shall know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me to you. And this shall come to pass if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God."” Zechariah 6:15  - NKJV.  God loves us so much, He sent his son Jesus to pay for everyone’s sin; (see John 3:16) and bless whoever will call on Jesus with eternal life. “25 Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.” John 11:25  NKJV.  There is no person who can serve two masters; (see Matthew 6:24) because they will hate one and love the other.  If you want to live for Jesus love him with all your heart (see Revelation 3:14-16) and don’t waste your time pursuing the things of the world.  The wages of sin is death (see Romans 6:23) but the gift of God is eternal life. Do you really want eternal life? Do you hear Jesus knocking at your door?  Are you ready to answer God’s call?  If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation!  Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this very minute.  He wants you to come just as you are, surrendering all!  Will you answer Him today? Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Zechariah Chapter 5; The vision of a flying roll. (1-4) The vision of a woman and an ephah. (5-11)” - Matthew Henry Concise God’s Word came in a vision of a scroll; (see Zechariah 5:1-4) it will destroy the homes of the thief and the one swearing lies in my name. Behold a basket is going out with a woman in it (see Zechariah 5:5-11) and two women carried the basket to the earth; “11 And he said to me, "To build a house for it in the land of Shinar; when it is ready, the basket will be set there on its base."” Zechariah 5:11  - NKJV.  Those who revel in their sin; (see Romans 6:23) will receive the wage for sin. Those who eschew sin and call on Jesus (see Romans 6:23) will receive their reward. “7 Then Jesus said to them again, "14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15 As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.” John 10:14-15  NKJV.  Our Lord God; (see 2 Peter 3:9) is not willing that any should perish.  So in that vein he commands you and I the believers; (see  Matthew 28:19-20) to go forth everywhere, teaching the gospel and baptizing the new believers in the name of God our father, the Son Jesus,  and the Holy Spirit. Do you really want true justice? Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Zechariah Chapter 4; “A vision of a candlestick, with two olive trees. (1-7) Further encouragement. (8-10) An explanation respecting the olive trees. (11-14)” - Matthew Henry Concise The messenger wakes the prophet; (see Zechariah 4:1-7) telling Zerubbabel to have faith, in God’s mercy to bless his good work.  The hands of Zerubbabel laid the foundation of the house (see Zechariah 4:8-10) with the plumb line (of God’s Word) in Zerubbabel’s hand.  Zerubbabel asks about two olive branches; (see Zechariah 4:11-14) that empty out golden oil through the two gold pipes; “14 So he said, "These are the two anointed ones, who stand beside the Lord of the whole earth."” Zechariah 4:14  - NKJV.  God sent Jesus to redeem us; (see Matthew 5:13-16) we carry His light we are the salt of the earth. “7 Then Jesus said to them again, "Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:7-10  NKJV.  There is only one Son of God; (see John 14:6) Jesus is the only name we can call on for salvation.  You can’t buy, earn or attain salvation in any other way; (see Romans 5:15, Ephesians 2:8-9) it is the merciful gift of God, given to us for our faith Jesus. Do you hear Jesus calling to you?  Are you ready to trust God?  If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation!  Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute.  He wants you to come just as you are!  Will you answer Him today?
