It Was Then and Is Now?

Today's Feast

Aug. 10, 2015 – Deuteronomy 33
It Was Then and Is Now?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. W e will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

17 The chariots of God are twice ten thousand,
thousands upon thousands;
the Lord is among them; Sinai is now in the sanctuary.Psalm 68:17, English Standard Version (ESV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast by reading Deuteronomy Chapter 33; “The glorious majesty of God. (1-5) The blessings of the twelve tribes. (6-23) Strength to believers. (24,25) The excellency of Israel. (26-29)" - Matthew Henry Concise.

As Moses prepares to leave he tells about the greatness and blessings of God. “1 This is the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the people of Israel before his death. 2 He said, The Lord came from Sinai and dawned from Seir upon us;
he shone forth from Mount Paran;
he came from the ten thousands of holy ones,
with flaming fire at his right hand.
3 Yes, he loved his people,
all his holy ones were in his hand;
also they followed in your
steps,
receiving direction from you,
4 when Moses commanded us a law,
as a possession for the assembly of Jacob.
Deuteronomy 33:1-4, ESV. Wow, brother Mike, that’s great God loved his chosen ones! That’s great but that’s Old Testament what about us today? “17 This is what I mean: the law, which came 430 years afterward, does not annul a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to make the promise void. 18 For if the inheritance comes by the law, it no longer comes by promise; but God gave it to Abraham by a promise.
19 Why then the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise had been made, and it was put in place through angels by an intermediary. 20 Now an intermediary implies more than one, but God is one.Galatians 3:17-20. God made the promise to Abraham therefore to us. Our transgressions were paid in full by the blood of the Lamb, Jesus. That is why the promise is to all who accept God’s gift Jesus and are sealed by the Holy Spirit. 25 For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.Matthew 16:25, ESV. Let’s continue to keep the first thing first. That is salvation through the blood of the Lamb, Jesus. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. If the Lord Is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Let's not get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything; admenu.com/calling.html

Our God Is Awesome!

Today's Feast

Aug. 9, 2015 – Deuteronomy 32
Our God Is Awesome!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. W e will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

18 You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.Leviticus 19:18, English Standard Version (ESV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast by reading Deuteronomy Chapter 32; “The song of Moses. (1,2) The character of God, The character of Israel. (3-6) The great things God had done for Israel. (7-14) The wickedness of Israel. (19-25) The judgments which would come upon them for their sins. (15-18) Deserved vengeance withheld. (26-38) God's deliverance for his people. (39-43) The exhortation with which the song was delivered. (44-47) Moses to go up mount Nebo to die. (48-52)" - Matthew Henry Concise.

This is Moses’ swan song, his farewell to God’s people. As he prepares to leave he tells about the greatness of God. “3 For I will proclaim the name of the Lord;
ascribe greatness to our God!
4 “The Rock, his work is perfect,
for all his ways are justice.
A God of faithfulness and without iniquity,
just and upright is he.Deuteronomy 32:3-4, ESV. What attributes do we ascribe to our Lord? Has God changed in any way? Our God is awesome and great, we praise Him. “3 And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,

Great and amazing are your deeds,
O Lord God the Almighty!
Just and true are your ways,
O King of the nations!
4 Who will not fear, O Lord,
and glorify your name?
For you alone are holy.
All nations will come
and worship you,
for your righteous acts have been revealed.”Revelation 15:3-4, ESV. We are thankful for our salvation, His love and all He has done for us. “25 For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.Matthew 16:25, ESV. Our God is awesome! I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. If the Lord Is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.
