The Best of the Feast

What If God
Says No!
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend
about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in
approximately three years.
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Job 5. Eliphaz
feels that Job must be sinning. Eliphaz thinks God is responsible for Job’s
poor condition. Eliphaz cautions Job to accept his plight as God’s correction
so his problems will end. “26 You shall come to the grave at a full age, As a
sheaf of grain ripens in its season. 27 Behold, this we have searched out; It is true.
Hear it, and know for yourself.”” Job
5:26-27, New King James Version
(NKJV). Sometimes we have to accept the fact that God is saying no to
our requests. Maybe God is holding out for something better for
us. Never forget God knows our mind and we can’t begin to fathom God’s
mind. “9 And
He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made
perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my
infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2
Corinthians 12:9, NKJV. We must realize that God has our best
interest in mind. God could be allowing us to endure our fate
because the Lord’s grace is sufficient. Like Paul we can learn to
be content with in our circumstances. This doesn’t mean that we
have to stop asking Jesus to improve our condition. Just remember,
God isn’t a genie waiting for us to rub the lamp. Sometimes we
must realize that in our own interest God will say no! If the Lord is willing I will write and post
the Feast tomorrow.

God Knows Our Heart!
The Best of the Feast

God Knows Our Heart!
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend
about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in

Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Job 4; Eliphaz
seeing Job’s condition judges him guilty of angering God. Eliphaz
assumes that God’s is punishing Job. Eliphaz has a vision that further
convinces him of Job’s sin. “20 Between morning and evening they are beaten
to pieces;
they perish forever without anyone regarding it. 21 Is not their tent-cord plucked up within them, do they not die, and that without wisdom?’” Job 4:20-21, English Standard Version (ESV). If we didn’t have the Word of God would we be telling Job to repent? When we see people in trouble, sick or dirty do we assume that they don’t know Jesus? “24 Can a man hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him? declares the Lord. Do I not fill heaven and earth? declares the Lord.” Jeremiah 23:24, ESV. Rather than passing judgment when we see a person in trouble we should realize that only God knows their heart. We would be wise to offer help or prayer, telling them that Jesus loves them and has their back. Remember God knows the heart of all men including ours. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Without Jesus There’s No Hope!

Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully begin our Feast in Job 3; Job complains that he was
born. He talks like a man who had never known God. “25 For the thing that I
fear comes upon me,
and what I dread befalls me. 26 I am not at ease, nor am I quiet; I have no rest, but trouble comes.”
” Job
3:25-26, English Standard Version (ESV). Many years ago
I had a loved one who got hooked on drugs. The drug was so
addicting that this person did crimes against their own family, and abandoned
loved ones for the drug. As I sought the Lord in prayer and went from
one organization to another looking for help all of them had one thing in
common. They all said; unless a person want’s help there is
nothing that could be done. My wife and I continued to pray
and seek God in the name of Jesus. A place called The
Walter Hoving Home (a Christian non-government establishment) said that if
she would just ask for their help they would take her in. They didn’t say
anything about if she really wanted help or if she wanted to know Jesus, all
she had to do was choose them over jail. Looking at a long sentence that was
a no brainer for her, she asked to be transferred from Jail to the
home. A long sentence was imposed by the Judge, however if
she would go immediately into the eighteen-month program at the home. Stay
for all eighteen months and finish their program she would finish her
sentence on parole. She happily chose the program. She
hated it; however, the punishment she faced for leaving was so bad she chose
to stay. Each day she started out with mandatory bible
study, prayer, self-examination and whatever job she had to do as part of the
housekeeping for the Home. She was brought up in a Christian home and
accepted Jesus as a young lady long before she started drugs. Even though she wasn’t faithful Jesus was;
“3 But the
Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil
one.” 2
Thessalonians 3:3, ESV. After six months in the program
she renewed her relationship with Jesus and finished the eighteen-month
program without problems. That was about eighteen years
ago. She went back to college got a bachelor’s degree. She
married and is still trusting Jesus today. She strayed from Jesus he never
abandoned her. Without Jesus there is no hope! If the Lord is
willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.
Softly and sweetly, Jesus is
calling! Do you hear that small voice calling; sinner com

Today’s Verse; “6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not
one of them is forgotten before God. 7 Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered.
Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.” Luke 12:6-7, ESV.

How To Choose!
The Best of the Feast
Aug. 8, 2016 – Job 2
How To Choose!
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend
about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in
approximately three years.
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Job 2; Job’s wife told him he should curse God and die! We see Job’s friends
coming to comfort him. “11 Now when Job's three friends heard of all this evil
that had come upon him, they came each from his own place, Eliphaz the
Temanite, Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite. They made an
appointment together to come to show him sympathy and comfort him.12 And when they saw him from a distance, they did not
recognize him. And they raised their voices and wept, and they tore
their robes and sprinkled dust on their heads toward heaven.” Job
2:11-12 ESV. Friends and family are so
very important. God’s Word tells us
how to choose our friends and spouse.
·
How to choose friends; “14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what
partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has
light with darkness?” 2
Corinthians 6:14-15, ESV.
·
How to choose a spouse; “14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what
partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has
light with darkness?” 2
Corinthians 6:14-15, ESV.
The choice would always be the same! If the
Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

In Any And Every
Circumstance!
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend

Dear
Saints,
Today we
prayerfully Feast in Job !; We see Job starting out with God
blessing him in every way; “1 There was
a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job, and that man was blameless
and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil. 2 There were born to him seven sons and three daughters. 3 He possessed 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 yoke of
oxen, and 500 female donkeys, and very many servants, so that this man was
the greatest of all the people of the east.” Job
1:1-3, English Standard
Version (ESV). As we read on we will see a basic truth here about
those who love and obey God; “28 And we know that for those who love God all things work
together for good, for those who are called according to his
purpose.” Romans
8:28, ESV. We
need to be like Job and Paul; who didn’t let their worldly circumstance dictate
their relationship with God; “11 Not
that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation
I am to be content. 12 I
know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every
circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger,
abundance and need.”
Philippians
4:10-11, ESV. When we learn to be content wherever we are in every
circumstance; we will also learn to truly be happy for others. If
the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Why Do They Have All The Fun?
The Best of the Feast
Aug. 6, 2016 – Esther 10
Why Do They Have
All The Fun?
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend
about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in
approximately three years.
Dear
Saints,
Today we
prayerfully Feast in Esther 10; God
blessed King Ahasuerus and in doing so he blessed Mordecai, Esther and
His people. “1King Ahasuerus imposed tax on the land and on the
coastlands the sea. 2 And all the acts of his
power and might, and the full account of the high honor of Mordecai, to
which the king advanced him, are they not written in the Book of the
Chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia? 3 For Mordecai the Jew was second in rank to King
Ahasuerus, and he was great among the Jews and popular with the multitude of
his brothers, for he sought the welfare of his people and spoke peace to
all his people.” Esther
10:1-3, English Standard Version (ESV). Sometimes it seems
like the unbelievers are having the best of times. They have the boats, the
sand buggies and they spend every weekend camping, playing, in Las Vegas or
other “fun” places. God knows their hearts. This
doesn’t mean you can’t go places on the weekend, wherever you go take the
time to worship God and share Jesus. By all means do not envy them; remember
that God always has the believer’s best welfare in mind. “28 And
we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those
who are called according to his purpose. 29 For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to
be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the
firstborn among many brothers.” Romans
8:28-29, ESV. Instead of envying those that are wasting their
life away we need to pray for them. Where ever we go we should lovingly
go with God; carrying the Word to all the corners of the Earth. Remember
this Saint; God is not willing that any should perish. If the
Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.
Listen, Jesus is calling! Do you

choose good over evil? If the answer is yes please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.html.
Today’s Verse; “The
sum of your word is truth, and every one of your righteous rules endures
forever.” Psalm

Called With A
Purpose!
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend
about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in
approximately three years.
Dear
Saints,
Today we
prayerfully Feast in Esther 9; The
Jews band together throughout the kingdom and God gives them the victory. The
feast of Purim is observed in remembrance of this. (20-32)
“30 Letters were sent to all the Jews, to the 127
provinces of the kingdom of Ahasuerus, in words of peace and truth,31 that these days of Purim should be observed at their
appointed seasons, as Mordecai the Jew and Queen Esther obligated them, and
as they had obligated themselves and their offspring, with regard to their
fasts and their lamenting.32 The command of Queen
Esther confirmed these practices of Purim, and it was recorded in
writing.” Esther
9:30-32, English Standard Version (ESV). If we who believe in
Jesus live together for God, he will grant us success. We must
worship God in the righteousness of Jesus, obeying the Holy Spirit which
dwells in all believers. “[My
Refuge and My Fortress] 1He who dwells in the shelter of the Most
High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty”. Psalm
91:1, ESV. We have been redeemed to carry the good news
in the name of Jesus, proceeding in his righteousness and God’s love to every
corner of the world. If the Lord is willing I will write
and post the Feast tomorrow.
Listen, Jesus is calling! Do you

unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.” Psalm
119:130, ESV.
