How Can They Know?

The Best of the Feast

Apr 10, 2017 – 2nd Timothy 1

How Can They Know?

“24 A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.” Proverbs 18:24 New King James Version (NKJV).

2Nd Timothy Overview; “The first design of this epistle seems to have been, to apprize Timothy of what had occurred during the imprisonment of the apostle, and to request him to come to Rome. But being uncertain whether he should be suffered to live to see him, Paul gives a variety of advices and encouragements, for the faithful discharge of his ministerial duties. As this was a private epistle written to St. Paul’s most intimate friend, under the miseries of imprisonment, and in the near prospect of death, it shows the temper and character of the apostle, and contains convincing proofs that he sincerely believed the doctrines he preached.” – Matthew Henry Commentary on the Whole Bible (Concise)

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading 2nd Timothy Chapter 1.   Paul a brother in Jesus Christ builds his Christian brother up setting the pace for the epistle, continuing with (See 3 John 1:4) encouragement.  When Jesus called the disciples did he put them down or complain to them about the state?  No (see Mark 1:17)!  He simply invited them to follow him. “16 The Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain; 17 but when he arrived in Rome, he sought me out very zealously and found me. 18 The Lord grant to him that he may find mercy from the Lord in that Day—and you know very well how many ways he ministered to me at Ephesus. “ 2 Timothy 1:16-18  NKJV.  Jesus taught them about the kingdom of God and why it was important to love others (see John 13:34-35) to please the Father.   Then he warned them about the worldly.  “Do they not go astray who devise evil? Those who devise good meet steadfast love and faithfulness.”  Proverbs 14:22 NKJV. Think about how you relate to others.  Give them a warm greeting rather than complaints.  That’s how they’ll find out who you are and maybe they too will want to become (see Matthew 4:19) fishers of men. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Listen carefully! Is Jesus calling you?  Do you want to share with Jesus?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link http://admenu.com/calling.html.

Rivers of Living Water?

The Best of the Feast

Apr 9, 2017 – Song of Solomon 8

Rivers of Living Water?
“10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.”  Proverbs 18:10  New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Song of Solomon Chapter 8.   Jesus Christ becomes as our brother and best friend when we find him (See John 15:15).  Those who truly put their faith in Jesus will never be separated from (See Romans 8:35) His love.  “14 The Shulamite Make haste, my beloved, And be like a gazelle Or a young stag On the mountains of spices“ Song of Solomon 8:14  NKJV.   Jesus fills all the desires (see Revelation 22:17) for his church.   The bride of Christ will not know fear; “18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.”  1 John 4:18 NKJV.  Come Lord Jesus! We are ready to return your love. Let us drink from your rivers of living water (see John 7:37) and be ever satisfied. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

For Anyone, Everyone, Whoever?

The Best of the Feast

Apr 8, 2017 – Song of Solomon 7

For Anyone, Everyone, Whoever?
“5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.”  Deuteronomy 6:5  New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Song of Solomon Chapter 7.   The Saints will put on Christ, then they are renowned by their glorious attire. (See Isaiah 52:7).  You, who would follow Jesus, must begin early every day; must begin every day with him, seek him early, seek him diligently.  “13 The mandrakes give off a fragrance, And at our gates are pleasant fruits, All manner, new and old, Which I have laid up for you, my beloved.“   Song of Solomon 7:13  NKJV. God lovingly calls the Church to stand before Him Just as the king calls (see 1 Kings 1:3) for his bride.   For the children of God adultery would be anything that comes between you and Jesus! “9 For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.”  Romans 13:9-10 NKJV.  Loving Jesus is returning the love God gave (see 1 John 4:9-10) for anyone, everyone, whoever believes in Jesus! If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Solomon and His Bride Delight in Each Other

The Best of the Feast

Apr 7, 2017 – Song of Solomon 6

Solomon and His Bride

Delight in Each Other
“9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good.”  Romans 12:9  New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Song of Solomon Chapter 6.   Where does the wayfarer turn to find God (See Revelation 3:20).  Listen for the voice of Jesus calling.  Jesus delights in his redeemed Church; this is where God’s grace works.   Our Christian personality is shaped and molded in the merciful loving grace of God.  “13 The Beloved and His Friends Return, return, O Shulamite; Return, return, that we may look upon you! The Shulamite What would you see in the Shulamite-- As it were, the dance of the two camps“   Song of Solomon 6:13  NKJV.   God lovingly calls the Church to stand before Him Just as the king calls (see 1 Kings 1:3) for his bride.  “4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”  1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NKJV.  God lovingly calls us by sending Jesus his only begotten son to pay for our sins so we can be added to the Church.  This alone tells of God’s love (see John 8:42) for the Church. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

The Bride Praises Her Beloved

The Best of the Feast

Apr 6, 2017 – Song of Solomon  5The Bride Praises Her Beloved

“keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life.”  Jude 1:21  New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Song of Solomon Chapter 5.   God invites his beloved people to eat and drink (See Revelation 3:20) abundantly.  Jesus is calling to us, but some pretend not to hear, or they haven’t got time, God knows the truth.   The Saints that know Jesus and who are enlightened to recognize spiritual things; comprehend God’s true love. “16 His mouth is most sweet, Yes, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, And this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem! “  Song of Solomon 5:16  NKJV.   This love God has demonstrated by sending Jesus to pay for sins; it can’t be hidden in us.  His love screams to be shared with others; “11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.“  1 John 4:11-12 NKJV.  It is true there are no mountains high enough, oceans deep enough (see Romans 8:38-39) nothing to keep us from sharing the love of Jesus.   If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.
