The Vineyard Of The Lord Destroyed

The Best of the Feast

Apr 18, 2017 – Isaiah 5

The Vineyard Of The Lord Destroyed

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.”  1 Peter 5:6  New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 5.  God is expecting His Church to bear good fruit (see  Luke 13:6).  There is no sin in having riches (see Isaiah 5:22) the sin comes by not knowing when you have enough.  The earth will appear dark and desolate (see Isaiah 8:22) to God’s people; “30 In that day they will roar against them Like the roaring of the sea. And if one looks to the land, Behold, darkness and sorrow; And the light is darkened by the clouds.“   Isaiah 5:30  NKJV.  The men and women who know Jesus (see John 8:12) have no reason to walk in darkness.  “8 "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord. 9 "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9 NKJV.   We cannot know the mind of God however; unless we know the love of Jesus (see John 14:6) we can’t be saved. Let’s continue to study God’s Word (see 2 Timothy 2:15) to be just workmen, tending Jesus’ vineyards. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Can you hear Jesus calling you?  Do you want to join the saints?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://admenu.com/calling.html.

Today’s Verse; ”that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”  Romans 10:9-10 NKJV.

The Branch of the Lord!

The Best of the Feast

Apr 17, 2017 – Isaiah 4

The Branch of the Lord!

91 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.”  Psalm 91:1 New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 4.  When there were troubles or war the single state of women was unacceptable among the Jews, and they would seek husbands (see Isaiah 13:12) for themselves.  Isaiah goes on prophesying about Jesus (see Psalm 27:5) the Messiah’s coming. “6 And there will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain. “ Isaiah 4:6  NKJV.  If God’s people were understood Isaiah they would have been seeking the coming of Messiah (see Exodus 32:32-33) over what the world had to offer.  “10 But He knows the way that I take; When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold. 11 My foot has held fast to His steps; I have kept His way and not turned aside.”  Job 23:10-11 NKJV

Take a moment to think about what you really want.  Is freedom from sin (see John 8:32) high on your list?  Can politicians supply the answer (see Psalm 4:3) or is Jesus the answer?   Is what you seek going to be fulfilled when Jesus (see Revelation 3:5) returns?  We are looking forward to the day when the branch of the Lord is glorified. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

The Branch of the Lord Glorified

The Best of the Feast

Hallelujah, Christ is risen!

Apr 16, 2017 – Isaiah 3

The Branch of the Lord Glorified

“Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous;”  Psalm 1:5  New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapte 3.  God is at the point of bringing destruction on His people because they are proud, rebellious and stubborn.  It was time for the Lord to call His people to a judgment (see Lamentations 1:4) for all they possess is being abused by them. “25 Your men shall fall by the sword, And your mighty in the war. 26 Her gates shall lament and mourn, And she being desolate shall sit on the ground.“   Isaiah 3:25-26 NKJV.    God’s judgment is brought on those who (see Isaiah 3:16-17) are haughty, self-indulgent, immoral and rebellious.  God wants only those that love Jesus with their whole being to dwell in His heavenly courts; “25 Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. 26 My flesh and my heart fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” Psalm 73:25-26 ESV.  If God would bring judgment down on the chosen people would he withhold it (see Ezekiel 20:36) from those adopted into his family?  we will be able to move mountains.  Only we who truly love Jesus will stand in the judgment (see Revelation 20:10-12) of the believers.  Through faith in and love for Jesus our names are written in that (see Revelation 3:5) book. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

In The Day Of The Lord

The Best of the Feast

Apr 15, 2017 – Isaiah 2

In The Day Of The Lord

“23 Of this man’s offspring God has brought to Israel a Savior, Jesus, as he promised.”  Acts 13:23  New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 2.  Isaiah prophesies the spread of the gospel and the calling of the Gentiles. It is pure absurdity to think that those who won’t obey God (see Ro 14:11) will escape God’s wrath.  “22 Sever yourselves from such a man, Whose breath is in his nostrils; For of what account is he?“ Isaiah 2:22 NKJV.   Isaiah speaks about the coming of God’s judgment (see Isaiah 2:8) on those who trust in their own work. Don’t fret about your salvation if you are born again (see Hebrews 13:5) in Jesus; “7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”  2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV.  If we have faith in Jesus we needn’t worry (see Matthew 17:19-20) we will be able to move mountains.  We who have faith in Jesus know “The Day of The Lord” will be a blessing for us!  We will share the love of Jesus with the world!  If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Today’s Verse; ”For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing. Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.  Romans 13:6-7 NKJV.

In Words Or In The Word

The Best of the Feast

image

Apr 14, 2017 – Isaiah 1

In Words Or In The Word?

“1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”  John 1:1 New King James Version (NKJV).

Isaiah Overview; “Isaiah prophesied in the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah. He has been well called the evangelical prophet, on account of his numerous and full prophesies concerning the coming and character, the ministry and preaching, the sufferings and death of the Messiah, and the extent and continuance of his kingdom. Under the veil of the deliverance from Babylon, Isaiah points to a much greater deliverance, which was to be effected by the Messiah; and seldom does he mention the one, without alluding at the same time to the other; nay, he is often so much enraptured with the prospect of the more distant deliverance, as to lose sight of that which was nearer, and to dwell on the Messiah’s person, office, character, and kingdom.” –  Matthew Henry Commentary on the Whole Bible (Concise)

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 1.  Isaiah prophesies the coming of Jesus the Savior, and the Day of Salvation. Those who know the Word and (see Jeremiah 8:7) those who won’t.  “31 The strong shall be as tinder, And the work of it as a spark; Both will burn together, And no one shall quench them“  Isaiah 1:31  NKJV.  Isaiah speaks about the rewards for those who trust in words (see Isaiah 66:24) as opposed those who trust in the Word.  “18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.”  1 John 3:18 NKJV.  This is the thing every Christian must determine for their self; Am I sharing words or Am I sharing the truth in love, (see Ephesians 4:15) the Word.  If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Today’s Verse; ”1 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, 3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,  1 Corinthians 15:1, 3-4 NKJV.

Because God So Loves All Of Us!

The Best of the Feast

Apr 13, 2017 – 2nd Timothy 4

Because God So Loves All Of Us!

“35 “Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning;”  Luke 12:35 New King James Version (NKJV).

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading 2nd Timothy Chapter 4.   Paul is cautioning Timothy to adhere to the Word (see Romans 1:30) even when many are falling away from Jesus.  He stresses his faith in Jesus to Timothy.  The epistle closes with Paul praying for blessings for Timothy and the Church.  “18 And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen! 22 The Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen. “ 2 Timothy 4:18; 22  NKJV.   Like Paul you and I should be continually praying for our brother and sisters (see Galatians 6:18) that Jesus Christ be with their spirits.  “9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.”  1 John 4:9 NKJV.  God loved us so much that he sent His only son, Jesus (see John 3:16) to pay the full price for everyone who accepts God’s gift of eternal life. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Don’t wait, today is the day of salvation!  Is Jesus calling you?  Do you want what Jesus has planned for you?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://admenu.com/calling.html.

Today’s Verse; ” 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,  Romans 3:23-24 NKJV.
