The Best of the Feast

July 28, 2017 – Jeremiah 38

Please join us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.  Gods Not Dead!

“8 The Lord is their strength, And He is the saving refuge of His anointed.” Psalm 28:8  New King James Version (NKJV)

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading the book of Jeremiah Chapter 38 ; “Jeremiah is cast into a dungeon, from whence he is delivered by an Ethiopian. (1-13) He advises the king to surrender to the Chaldeans. (14-28)” -  Matthew Henry Concise Commentary.
“27 Then all the princes came to Jeremiah and asked him. And he told them according to all these words that the king had commanded. So they stopped speaking with him, for the conversation had not been heard. 28 Now Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison until the day that Jerusalem was taken. And he was there when Jerusalem was taken.” Jeremiah 38:27-28 NKJV.  The Holy Spirit will call you for a time however; if left unanswered (see Romans 1:28) He will not continue to call.   People who support or turn a blind eye to sin are as guilty (see Proverbs 14:12) as those who will not repent.  Not only are those who sin are lost but also those (see Romans 1:32) who give approval or condone to the sin.  “13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!’“ Luke 11:13 NKJV. God the Father gave us a good gift when He sent (see John 3:16) His only Son Jesus to atone for our sin.  Be warned again Saint; Jesus is the only name by which (See Acts 4:11-12) we can be delivered from sin. If we keep our eyes on Jesus and our faith in Jesus we will avoid (Romans 1:16-18) God’s wrath for those who love the world.  If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Can you hear Jesus calling you?  Do you want to do God’s will?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace, and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://admenu.com/calling.html  .

Today’s Verse; “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14  NKJV.

“10 “Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, ‘For they shall eat the fruit of their doings.” Isaiah 3:10  New King James Version (NKJV)

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading the book of Jeremiah Chapter 37
“The Chaldean army will return. (1-10) Jeremiah is imprisoned. (11-21)” – Matthew Henry Concise Commentary
“21 Then Zedekiah the king commanded that they should commit Jeremiah to the court of the prison, and that they should give him daily a piece of bread from the bakers’ street, until all the bread in the city was gone. Thus Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison.” Jeremiah 37:21  NKJV.  At times it may appear that the Christian is alone, in dire straits (see Romans 8:27-29) he or she should rest assured that God is working in their best interest.  We are called in God’s grace (see 2 Timothy 1:9) and Jesus’ perfect will comforts us.  “1 To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork. 2 Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. “Psalm 19:1-2 NKJV.  Our God is our righteousness (See Revelation 19:2) he will avenge and reward our faithfulness.  Remain faithful in your (see Romans 1:16-18) your walk with Jesus who works all circumstances to the Glory of God.

Today’s Verse; ‘[ The Race of Faith ] Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, Hebrews 12:1  NKJV.

Jeremiah's Scroll is Burned

The Best of the Feast

July 26, 2017 – Jeremiah 36

Please join us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.  Gods Not Dead!

“7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”” Genesis 4:7  New King James Version (NKJV)

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading the book of Jeremiah Chapter 36
“Baruch is to write the prophecies of Jeremiah(1-8) The princes advise them to hide themselves.(9-19) The king having heard a part, burns the roll. (20-32).” – Matthew Henry Concise Commedntary
“32 Then Jeremiah took another scroll and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah, who wrote on it at the instruction of Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire. And besides, there were added to them many similar words.” Jeremiah 36:32 NKJV.  Sin is that which devours men as we see here destroying it or accommodating sin (see Romans 1:31-32) in any way doesn’t change it or the penalty for it.  Men may pass laws denying God’s Word (see 2 Thessalonians 2:9-17) but God’s laws isn’t changed.  “10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!“  Psalm 46:10 NKJV.  Men can rail against, burn and deny God’s Word (See Proverbs 14:12) no matter (see Psalm 41:13) God’s Word remains unchanged from everlasting to everlasting.   We will continue to reach out with the good news (see Ephesians 4:2) to everyone with love.  If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Is Jesus calling?  Do you want to be free from sorrow?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace, and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://admenu.com/calling.html  .

Today’s Verse; [ By Faith We Understand ] ”Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1  NKJV.
