23-Dec-09, 2 Kings – Chap.16
Dear Saints,
Today as we prayerfully read 2nd Kings - Chapter 16. We are getting closer to that Holy Day that we celebrate as Jesus’ birthday. It is causing more stress than peace on many people. Let’s be praying for those that are sad or stressed out. ”Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.” – Philippians 4:8 – 9 I still believe without the Holy Spirit revealing understanding to us we couldn’t understand. Lord willing I'll send and post the Feast tomorrow.
“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.”- Luke 2:11-14

Wednesday, December 23, 2009, 2 Kings - Chapter16, Ahaz, king of Judah, His wicked reign. (1-9) Ahaz takes a pattern from an idol's altar. (10-16) Ahaz spoils the temple. (17-20).
