The Feast Exodus 1

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Exo 1 l The Feast Daily Edition l Jan 30, 2012 Exodus 1 Dear Saints, This weekend we prayerfully continue the Feast in the New Testament Exodus 1. We belong here where we’ll witness God taking his chosen people out of Egypt. Meanwhile we’ll see how God blessed them in-spite of their lot in Egypt. ; “12 But the more they were oppressed, the more they multiplied and the more they spread abroad. And the Egyptians were in dread of the people of Israel. 13 So they ruthlessly made the people of Israel work as slaves.” Exodus 1:12-13, English Standard Version (ESV). Why are we feasting in the book of Exodus? Not just because it’s so exciting to see God leading his people. It’s because faith comes by reading the Word and that’s how God nourishes His followers; “But he answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’””Matthew 4:4 ESV. I would say to notice that it says;”every word”! “with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,”Ephesians 4:2ESV.
