The Sting Mark 14

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mark 14 l The Feast l Apr 19_2012 Mark 14 Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Mark 14. Who is it Jesus says he is. Here in Mark we find Jesus, describing His postion in the kingdom of God “ 61 But he remained silent and made no answer. Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?” 62 And Jesus said,“I am, and you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.”” Mark 14:61 - 62, English Standard Version (ESV). Jesus knows who he is and he knows each follower better than they know themselves. He knows who will sell him out and who will deny him. Jesus worked out the plan for their salvation long before they were born. No one needed to turn on Jesus he was doing God’s will so that all who had faith would be with Him in heaven. ““O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
