Feeling Depressed & Alone

Oct. 30, 2013 – Psalms 88

Psalms Chapter 88 - The psalmist pours out his soul to God in lamentation. (1-9) He wrestles by faith, in his prayer to God for comfort. (10-18)” - Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Psalms 88.  The psalmist feeling depressed and alone is calling to his God for liberation.  13 But I, O Lord, cry to you;
    in the morning my prayer comes before you.
14 O Lord, why do you cast my soul away?
    Why do you hide your face from me?”   Psalm 88:12-13 - English Standard Version (ESV).  Sometimes I think we all feel alone so much that we even question our faith (See 1 Peter 3:18-22)!  That is the perfect time to turn to God’s Word. “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8-9   ESV. This is the reason we depend on Jesus for this feast (See Romans 10:17)!

We thank God for his holy Word and making us all that we are!   Hallelujah!

So softly He is calls! Do you hear my Jesus calling you?  Do you feel inclined to answer His call?  Do you want to find peace and purpose?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link;

The Feast does belong to Jesus! It is intended to encourage Saints to pray and read every word in the bible!  Let me know if you have any questions or comments, by replying here on the blog or in an email.

The Feast belongs to Jesus you may share it anywhere with anyone!

God Bless You,
Brother Mike

“The right hand of the Lord does valiantly,
16     the right hand of the Lord exalts,
    the right hand of the Lord does valiantly!” Psalm 118:14-16  ESV.
