See, I have told you.””  Matthew 28:7 Isaiah Chapter 53, “The person. (1-3) sufferings. (4-9) humiliation, and exaltation of Christ, are minutely described; with the blessings to mankind from his death. (10-12)” -  Matthew Henry Concise Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Praise God Jesus has risen!  Today we prayerfully celebrate Easter and continue our Feast by reading Isaiah Chapter 53.   He was bruised for our transgressions Jesus has overcame death; (see Matthew 28:5-7) He arose!  “11 Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied; by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant,     make many to be accounted righteous,     and he shall bear their iniquities. 12 Therefore I will divide him a portion with the many.     and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he poured out his soul to death     and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many,     and makes intercession for the transgressors.” Isaiah 53:11-12  English Standard Versions (ESV.  Jesus our Lord has paid the price and overcame death. ““O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”  1 Corinthians 15:55-57 ESV.  Jesus is our righteousness; we are victorious through our faith (see 1 John 5:4) in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
