He Was Healed By?

Today’s Feast

Jan. 11, 2016 Acts 3

He Was Healed By?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? Psalm 118:5-6, English Standard Version (ESV)
.

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue our Feast in Acts Chapter 3; “A lame man healed by Peter and John. (1-11) Peter's address to the Jews. (12-26)” - Matthew Henry Concise.

The apostles were together at the temple, as John and Peter approached this temple there was a lame man asking for alms. The spirit moved them he was healed by the Holy Spirit. When he tried to give the credit to Peter and John, they were quick to tell him that he was healed by our God. Peter’s addresses the Jews, reminding them what Moses spoke of concerning the savior . “22 Moses said, ‘The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers. You shall listen to him in whatever he tells you. 23 And it shall be that every soul who does not listen to that prophet shall be destroyed from the people.’ 24 And all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and those who came after him, also proclaimed these days. 25 You are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant that God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘And in your offspring shall all the families of the earth be blessed.’ 26 God, having raised up his servant, sent him to you first, to bless you by turning every one of you from your wickedness.Acts 3:22-26, ESV. When we are saved into the family of God, we no different than the Jews peter was addressing. We must turn from wicked and dark ways to join God’s family.  Keep the first thing first, that is salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.  If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

You’ll find the praise and prayer list at; admenu.com/prayer.html.  Prayer request or Praise reports can be sent to brother Mike at;  mike@admenu.com

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.Matthew 24:36, ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.  Click this link for more information; admenu.com/calling.htm .
