Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully Feast in Ezra 1 & 2 .  As we continue our course to read thru every word in God’s Word in about 3 years.  We start in the book of Ezra with two chapters.  Here is an overview of the book of Ezra; “The history of this book is the accomplishment of Jeremiah’s prophecy concerning the return of the Jews out of Babylon. From its contents we especially learn, that every good work will meet with opposition from enemies, and be hurt by the misconduct of friends; but that God will make his cause to prevail, notwithstanding all obstacles and adversaries. The restoration of the Jews was an event of the highest consequence, tending to preserve religion in the world, and preparing the way for the appearance of the Great Deliverer, the Lord Jesus Christ.”  Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary (MHCC).  Reading this overview made me think about our walk with Jesus. How we strive to partake of this feast for a few minutes every day; “…that every good work will meet with opposition from enemies, and be hurt by the misconduct of friends; but that God will make his cause to prevail…”, MHCC.  How great is our relationship with Jesus that in him we overcome all obstacles. “33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”  John 16:33, ESV.  Today I want to address one more thing.  That is Mothers; we all have one!  It’s about those of us whose mothers were faithful to keep us in prayer.  It’s about our wives who work to make a home and raise Godly children.  For these faithful mothers we say; Thank You Jesus! “10 An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels… 27 She looks well to the ways of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: Proverbs 31:10, 27-28, ESV.  May God bless our mothers every day.   If the Lord is willing I will send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Is Jesus is calling out to you?  Do you hear that small voice calling; sinner com home?  Do you want to choose good over evil? If the answer is yes please click the following link;  admenu.com/calling.html

Today’s Verse; “18 You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.Leviticus 19:18, ESV.

 God Bless You,

Brother Mike
