Can Man Know God’s Ways?

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Ecclesiastes Chapter 8.  Man, isn’t capable of knowing the mind of God (see Ecclesiastes 3:11).  We know this that it is well with the wise and he may know the love of God.  “17 then I saw all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun. For though a man labors to discover it, yet he will not find it; moreover, though a wise man attempts to know it, he will not be able to find it.“   Ecclesiastes 8:17  New King James Version (NKJV).   If you want to begin to understand God’s love for man look at how he sacrificed Jesus (See John 3:16) to pay for our trespasses while we were yet sinners.  There is nothing to be gained without love.  “1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. “  1 Corinthians 13:1-3 NKJV.  Look at our savior Jesus and endeavor to imitate his love.  Search the scriptures for examples of love (See 1 Corinthians 13:4-8) and you may begin to understand God’s love for us.
