If We Won’t, Who Will?

Today’s Feast

Mar. 8, 2014 – Isaiah 10
Will The  Believers Serve Jesus?

Share the Feast in God’s Word; join us as we share God’s Word daily as Easter, Sunday April 20th approaches!

“11 The haughty looks of man shall be brought low, and the lofty pride of men shall be humbled, and the Lord alone will be exalted in that day.” Isaiah 2:11

Isaiah Chapter 10, “Woes against proud oppressors. (1-4) The Assyrian but an instrument in the hand of God for the punishment of his people. (5-19) The deliverance from him. (20-34) -  Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 10  This prophet says that those who (see Isaiah 5:23) falsely accuse or bear false witness against the innocent will pay a price.  The person designs to gratify their own ambition over (see Isaiah 9:17) God’s will can still be saved.  In the end those who continue to do wrong, rejecting God’s love, will be brought down. “33 Behold, the Lord God of hosts will lop the boughs with terrifying power; the great in height will be hewn down, and the lofty will be brought low. 34 He will cut down the thickets of the forest with an axe, and Lebanon will fall by the Majestic One. “   Isaiah 9:21  English Standard Versions (ESV).  God is not want any person to die in sin (see 2 Peter 3:9) rather they would repent and accept the Messiah.  “[ God of All Comfort ] Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.  2 Corinthians 1:3-4 ESV.   What does that have to do with me?  I’ve accepted Jesus as my personal savior!  We believe in Jesus we’re doing what God has requested we acknowledged Jesus as our savior!  It’s not enough to acknowledge Jesus even demons acknowledge (see Mark 5:6-9) Jesus.   God has called us for a purpose!  There is a war going on (see Ephesians 6:12) and when we accepted or rejected Jesus we joined sides.  If your choice was to join Jesus get ready for service (see Ephesians 5:13) and God’s rewards.  If we don’t share the good news who will?

God’s Judgment on Arrogance and Oppression

Today’s Feast

Mar. 7, 2014 – Isaiah 9
Judgment on Arrogance and Oppression

Share the Feast in God’s Word; join us as we share God’s Word daily as Easter, Sunday April 20th approaches!

“3 if the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?’” Psalm 11:3

Isaiah Chapter 9, “The Son that should be born, and his kingdom. (1-7) The judgments to come upon Israel, and on the enemies of the kingdom of Christ. (8-21) -  Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 8  This prophet is announcing the coming of Messiah, who will save God’s people.  He calls for judgment on arrogance and oppression on (see Isaiah 7:8-9) God’s people.   “21 Manasseh devours Ephraim, and Ephraim devours Manasseh; together they are against Judah. For all this his anger has not turned away, and his hand is stretched out still. “   Isaiah 9:21  English Standard Versions (ESV).  God’s people can only overcome death through faith in Jesus (see Mark 8:31) the Messiah.  “Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!   Psalm 139:23-24 ESV.   What will Jesus find by searching our hearts (see 1 Samuel 12:2-4) for arrogance and oppression?

Is Jesus calling you?  Do you want to share your life  with the Son of God?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

Fear God, Wait For The Lord

Today’s Feast

Mar. 6, 2014 – Isaiah 8
Fear God, Wait For The Lord

Share the Feast in God’s Word; join us as we share God’s Word daily for forty days as Easter Sunday April 20th approaches!

“21 Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.” Proverbs 19:21

Isaiah Chapter 8, “Exhortations and warnings. (1-8) Comfort for those who fear God. (9-16) Afflictions to idolaters. (17-22) -  Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 8  The prophet is pleading with the Messiah, who should appear, as God, and preserve the land.  He challenges the enemies of (see Nahum 1:8) God’s people.  They will perish because they consulted (see 1 Samuel 28:11-14) diviners and Baal.  “11 For the Lord spoke thus to me with his strong hand upon me, and warned me not to walk in the way of this people, saying: 12 “Do not call conspiracy all that this people calls conspiracy, and do not fear what they fear, nor be in dread. “   Isaiah 6:13  English Standard Versions (ESV).  God’s people will overcome death with faith in Jesus (see Mark 8:31) the Messiah.  “[ God Will Swallow Up Death Forever O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you; I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, plans formed of old, faithful and sure.   Isaiah 25:1 ESV.   The fear of God (see Proverbs 9:10) is just the beginning wisdom.   Because of our faith in Jesus (see Galatians 2:16) we will be justified.

Can you hear Jesus calling you?  Do you want to be free from sin?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm

Do You Believe Jesus Is God With Us?

Today’s Feast

Mar. 5, 2014 – Isaiah 7
The Sign of Immanuel

Easter Is Coming: Share with us Feasting in God’s Word, join us as we share God’s Word daily for forty days as Easter Sunday April 20th approaches! Begin count 3/12

“23 “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us).” Matthew 1:23

Isaiah Chapter 7, “Ahaz threatened by Israel and Syria; and is assured their attack would be in vain. (1-9) God gives a sure sign by the promise of the long-expected Messiah. (10-16) The folly and sin of seeking relief from Assyria are reproved. (17-25) -  Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Isaiah Chapter 7.   The Jews had angered God and they didn’t know how to approach Him (see Amos 4:11) to be forgiven.  The prophet says the Lord God will give (see Isaiah 9:6) them a sign.  They will perish because they don’t believe in God.  “ 23 In that day every place where there used to be a thousand vines, worth a thousand shekels of silver, will become briers and thorns. 24 With bow and arrows a man will come there, for all the land will be briers and thorns. 25 )And as for all the hills that used to be hoed with a hoe, you will not come there for fear of briers and thorns, but they will become a place where cattle are let loose and where sheep tread. “   Isaiah 6:13  English Standard Versions (ESV).  Jesus himself was crucified for our sins.  We have God’s Word telling us that Jesus (see John 1:1-5) is God with us.  “And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.  Deuteronomy 6:6-7  ESV.   The question remains for every person; do you believe God sent Jesus (see John 3:16) to rescue us?  Are you ready to believe with us that our Lord Jesus Christ (see Matthew 1:23) is (God with us) Immanuel?

Is Jesus calling you?  Do you need to be free?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm
