Today’s FeastApr 21, 2015 – Exodus 40Prepared To Serve?
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“6
that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and
Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.“
Romans
15:6
New
King James Version (NKJV).
Dear
Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Exodus
Chapter
40;
“The
tabernacle is to be set up, Aaron and his sons to be sanctified.
(1-15)
Moses performs all as directed. (16-33)
The glory of the Lord fills the tabernacle. (34-38)”
- Matthew
Henry Concise.
Today
Our
Feast is about the instructions God gave Moses about the
Tabernacle and the clothing for the Priests following God’s
directives. God had Moses prepare everything so that His people,
priests, Aaron and his sons could serve and worship Him; “12
Then you shall bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the
tabernacle of meeting and wash them with water. 13 You shall put
the holy garments on Aaron, and anoint him and consecrate him,
that he may minister to Me as priest. 14 And you shall bring his
sons and clothe them with tunics. 15 You shall anoint them, as you
anointed their father, that they may minister to Me as priests;
for their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood
throughout their generations."”
Exodus
40:12-15,
NKJV. There is no guessing where God works he still is exacting in
what we do in preparation to serve Him. We find an example of how
we are to dress here; “7
For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are
drunk at night. 8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting
on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of
salvation. 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain
salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,”
1
Thessalonians 5:7-9 NKJV.
If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again this
tomorrow.
Do
you know that you are made in the image of God? You are an eternal
being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with
God? To be sure turn from sin just say this simple prayer; “Dear
God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus
Christ shed His precious
blood and
died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite
Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Savior.“
If
you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning
from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and
fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to
measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of
believers (church) to worship and pray with. If
you need help finding a bible believing church send me an email;

Preparing To Serve?
Today’s FeastApr 20, 2015 – Exodus 39Preparing To Serve?
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“3
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father
of mercies and God of all comfort,“
2
Corinthians 1:3
New
King James Version (NKJV).
Dear
Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Exodus
Chapter
39;
“The
priests' garments. (1-31)
The tabernacle completed. (32-43)”
- Matthew
Henry Concise.
In
today’s
Feast there
is more about preparing yourself for service. We see
here
in Exodus God was very precise about the design of the
breastplate.; ”8
And he made the breastplate, artistically woven like the
workmanship of the ephod, of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet
thread, and of fine woven linen. 9 They made the breastplate
square by doubling it; a span was its length and a span its width
when doubled. 10 And they set in it four rows of stones: a row
with a sardius, a topaz, and an emerald was the first row; 11 the
second row, a turquoise, a sapphire, and a diamond; 12 the third
row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst; 13 the fourth row, a
beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They were enclosed in settings of
gold in their mountings.”
Exodus
39:8-13,
NKJV.
God
also tells us how to build that “faith” on that breastplate of
faith.; “17
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of
Christ.“
Romans
10:17
NKJV.
This is why we keep the first thing first, salvation in the name
of our Lord, Jesus Christ. If you're
preparing
to
serve
Jesus, I would suggest the
prayerful
reading
of Ephesians
chapter
six. “13
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to
withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”
Ephesians
6:13
NKJV.
If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again this
tomorrow.
You
are
the
living Saints that are God’s Church, made by his
hands, Do
you really want to
see justice
done?
Is Jesus knocking at your door? Are you ready to answer God’s
call? If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation!
Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see
Revelation
3:20)
Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute. He wants you to
come just as you are, surrendering all! Will you answer Him
today? Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in
your life? If the answer is yes to any of these questions please
